I watched this the day my cat was being put to sleep, and I couldn't be there for him. I had it on a loop, and I just cried my eyes out. These guys have the unique ability to tap into that pure, universal humanity, whether the song itself is soft or hard. And you're absolutely right about Till's voice, it's operatic. It's beautiful.
I've found that most songs by Rammstein carry a similar poetic depth that, after looking up the translations, make the songs hit that much deeper even if I've known them for years. You have 8 albums to choose from and each of them has several "Zeit" type songs with respect to depth and message. These guys are artists in every sense of the word and being a fan of theirs and growing up in their time has been a pleasure and a privilege.

As mentioned already below: The piano version of "Mein Herz brennt" is so haunting due Tills voice and his acting. Slow, but intense as hell!
You asked about something similar from Rammstein: vocally, perhaps consider the official videos for ‘Ohne Dich’ or the piano version of ‘Mein Herz Brennt’. I recommend the latter if you want to see a singer/lyric writer selling his song in his performance utterly; it’s incredible.

Rammstein can punch you between the eyes or they can rip your heart out and do both in such an unique way. There's no other band like the. Zeit was released just after the first anniversary of my father's death and it hit me hard. At the same time, it woke me up to the fact that you have to make the most of every day, live each day like it's your last. Great reaction from you and one that I agree with100%.
This is a great song, with wonderful lyrics.
Angst from them has very strong and important message which is very actual. I am 100% sure you will like it.

Wonderful reaction - there is so much more to discover. They offer every thing from being silly over deep thought to almost education. A once in a life time band.
Another thing that came to my the babies being put back in to the mother to be born again on earth and also coming back in a sense they died on earth and are now being born in the other world and their birth or rebirth on earth is them already starting to die because as soon as your born your dying..your dying to live or as Rammstein put it "Wir sterben weiter bis wir leben" "We keep dying until we live" because in a sense what we perceive as dying is us actually being born again into the other world that's why the girl in the end seems happy when she dies because she knows that her death here means her being born over there..if that makes any Sense?

30 years and somehow there newest songs are some of their hardest hitting. This song is so beautifully haunting I can’t watch without my emotions going crazy!
Other slow/calm songs by them, from my immediate memory, are Ohne dich, Seeman, and Nebel

Till has definitely had some serious vocal training over the years,maybe even operatic. He's always been a baritone of course, but he was quite 'flat' in the early years. Also, I think were he not a singer in Rammstein he missed his calling as an actor. He has such a presence and a wonderful face, plus he's no ham in the band's music videos... even when he IS hamming it up!
He had lessons with an opera singer.

My interpretation and thought was time goes on like a continuous cycle and those rare occasions when we are truly happy of course we want time to stop. The showing of the sand and hourglass ⌛ time keeps going and them showing the scenes reversing to me meant a desire to go back in time either to the moment of birth and start our lives over or to before we're even born saying no i don't even want to be born i want to go back before i was even conscious of my own existence and mortality. Them being blindfolded to me was no one knows whats going to happen in the future we don't know what kind of lives these babies are going to have.

Wife told me a while back i was too old to listen to this. I told her Till Lindeman is 20 years older then me 🤣 Close captions are pretty good, remember German grammar is a bit different to English.
To be fair, the auto generated closed captions are pretty good. They usually are, when there are SOME subtitles in the videos. EnglishGermanEnglish is working well.

It is not the Death you see in the Video. These are Timekeepers. In german "Bewahrer der Zeit", which accompany the beginning and end of life. You can see their faces like a flow of time (Der Fluss der Zeit). Every person have to live consciously enjoy every beuatiful moment. Because each of us is here and now only for a limited TIME. This is my interpretation to this masterpiece of an "music video".

If you want to hear more songs like this I recommend "Mutter", but also "Lügen" from the new album and even "Puppe" which is different but very unique. They have lots of softer songs and I am sure you will get tons of other recommendations, so choose any of them, you will not regret.
Even their heavier songs, for the most part, have many layers of meaning. Angst is an absolute banger with a very real message. But if delicate is what you're looking for Klavier is gorgeous!
Zeit is pronounced zEYEt. Don't know if you're familiar with the term zeitgeist. It means "spirit of the times".
