@@Kendro311 Ohyeah! It's quite fun. Never gets old, despite the fact that there are only a handful of weapons and armor sets in the game. But there's a lot of room to grow considering the base gameplay is already really fun.
Game like really needs good loot/equipment options. If there isn't much variety there it's a bit of a bummer. Looks nice tho. Might scoop on decent discount.
@@DerekCFPegritz I did end up getting that and Cybercorp about the same time. DH has potential, but Cybercorp for 15$, it's been my addiction for almost a month. So much more to it, substantial weekly updates, fun gear and loot... Do recommend.
I remember Space Siege about 15+ years ago. Wishing it was better. I'd love a sci fi Diablo. Yes I know there are games like Warhammer Prophecy and others in that series, but they don't even nearly hit the loot and shoot mechanics of Diablo for me

I'm not seeing how this is like Diablo at all. It doesn't seem to be an rpg, and it doesn't seem to have itemized loot

Very cool! It heavily reminds me of Harbringer from 2003. It was similarly sci-fi isometric RPG with tons of gloomy character. Loved that game. Some of the assets and design decisions could hint at a connection between these two :)
Shoulders of Giants looks good too and has co-op for $20 as opposed to this that's $35 for single player Early Access.
I cant believe no one brings up WH40k Inquisitor when talking about this game. The Diablo comparison if you're comparing it to the old Diablo not the newer ones. BTW I did get this game its fun but gets boring quickly.

Anyone tried to play this on the steam deck? also reminds me a little of darksiders genesis, which was really good and very underrated.

No online gameplay?
I think am rts would be nice, liek this. But instead of a faceless computer mouse giving instructions, you could have this type of character be your Cursor.
Otherwise it would just be a regular rts like command and conquer: generals.
You could also have a forced perspective shift mode, and go into 1st person combat mode.
For building a great environment, to get some sick clips in.... yo
You could hit Z, and disable control for your character, automating him momentarily, to drag big groups of troups to move, then hit z again, and make your own character follow, and z again, to put him in 1st person. With macro controls for other stuff throughout.

They need to add more monsters like in Alien Shooter. It would be much better. I don’t have the feeling that there are a lot of them, a couple of monsters and they are easy to kill....

In any sci-fi universe I really wonder why there would be a need for close combat weapons?
Any one that has studied current generation warfare knows, the bayonet is obsolete.
it's like star wars and dune, if you're a honorable warrior you use a sword/blade. Any mook can use a gun, but not a sword. Plus it's free!

i was looking at this game. it looks like wildbuster. and wildbuster flopped hard. the company got caught on steam changing the reviews. and altering and click baiting people into buying it. it got all their games removed from steam. you could bring out duke nukem was their sale point also. hopefully its not the same developers. ill have to research this title a bit longer

So... is it better than other action RPGs? No. If it's 50% cheaper... is it better than other games? No. So they have to make the game better so that the price is proportional to the amount of content and overall quality. Right now it should be cheaper than Syntetic 1. Yes, the graphics are better, but everything else...? I don't think so. Anyone can compare it to other games. This game won't be worth the money for a long time.

Looks cool but the movement is WAY too hectic. Slowing it down and making it feel more "fluid" would go a long way to make it more Doom like.

I would hope it has some decent graphic options cause the weird slight haze over everything looks horrible, it needs to be sharper with that graphics style. Otherwise some parts of the graphics of the game has this weird, AI generated feel to it, maybe not idk, but it just feels that way
