Just a reminder that these clips are not finalized and any errors you hear or see, like audio overlapping, or sound fx mistakes will be fixed. I'm not always concerned with that while I'm working, and it isn't really a forethought until I'm really into the mixing. This particular clip is just a quick update, as if I was showing progress during a Livestream or something like that. ALSO, I just caught a small mistake with Benny's blanket overlapping his hand in the second shot, and the urked me with this upload, so if you want to see an edited version of this video, just check out the links below: facebook.com/100005105013232/videos/992329022254501/ www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/928495
Right now, yes, I am handling the production myself, but I am still planning on bringing on others for various things, as there are several benefits to doing that, such as for business/marketing and a directing ability stand point. I've had others already do artwork for the series as a whole, helping me figure things out, which is awesome. I love working on things myself, but also equally love doing work with others.
Great character animation, but as a small detail, I also like you particular choice of camera moves, namely how the camera doesn't move on the cut so we can get a good look at the scene before we lean in for a closer look or turn to see what else is in the scene.
I like your observations. With a pilot, too, you don't want to rush through everything since it's the audiences first time seeing something, so being clear and paced is a must, and it can also help with immersion.
Thanks so much, Dan. I'm just trying to find the right time to start the crowdfunding, between having to prioritize other things like school, work, and life right now, but keep a lot out for announcements regarding completing this project. I want to make sure I have a good focus on that part of this project's completion.

Thanks, Fox. They're alot of fun to work on. I really wanted to just give an update and stop pushing that off, so the bgs might need a bit of tweaking, given this a work in progress, but they look good enough right now to share, so here we are.
That's me doing Benny's voice, and it's meant to be his official voice, as well as a squirrel that appears later in the cartoon. Given doing an animated series is a lot of work, Benny is the only main character voice I wish to do.

Frame by frame animation. Takes so damn long but looks so damn good
I love every minute of it, challenges and all.
This literally looks production level, like studio quality. And you’re a one man team, right? Blows my mind. This looks so freakin good man!

Nice job on the smooth movement!
Thx a bunch.

Those backgrounds look really good!

Wow
how did you find the voice artist tho 🤔
