Also wouldnt be the 1st time the Cowboys drafted a player like T'Vondre Sweat who has character concerns he was ranked the 10th best DT in Dane Bruglers draft guide Dane said Overall Sweat must continue turning the brilliant flashes into more consistency, but he is a rare athlete for his size, with the power and ingredients to be a dominant force against the run. Though he has the traits to become an impactful NFL starter, he needs to stay conditioned and locked in to reach his potential"

@@casperchazz I agree and yes I understand that Im not saying the Cowboys have to draft Sweat thats for the front office to decide there are more 1 techs in this draft they could take but Sweat is the best 1 tech imo if a player that talented falls to them on day 3 or signed undrafted thats a steal

@dennisscales8601 - If your referring to Marcus and Landon, of course they dont know who the Cowboys are gonna draft or how their draft is going to turn out in general. But they do make a point on the QB position, it makes absolutely no sense to draft a QB when we have Trey Lance and also if we do end up with a new HC next year, he we'll definitely want a say so on who they acquire as a QB!

While there might not be a DT rated as high as #24, it can't be discounted the need there, is bigger than Oline and RB. LB isn't higher ether.
I matched Paul here at Houston. HARD NO. LAZY AND A PENALTY MACHINE.
I traded down twice all the way to 32 and picked up a ton of extra picks. Got penix in the first and still was able to adress yhis yrs needs.

Does anyone know what the cowboys think of Lance & if they actually like Trey Lance’s development?
Usually, I’ve been a Dak supporter, but this is the first time I’ve been thinking that the Cowboys should try to trade him for multiple picks in this draft, including a position to get a solid first round quarterback. I realize that Dak would have to approve it, but that’s the only way the team can get to championship caliber, imo.
They're gonna use 2 picks on QBs with so many other needs 😂

If the Cowboys keep DAK, it would be a waste to draft a QB because that person will never play unless they are ahead by 40 Points. They have Cooper and Lance just hang their hat on them.
I hope the Cowboys want JPJ or Barton in the 1st Round and I hope they’ll be there at #24. I don’t understand not wanting such an important position. Especially since we have no REAL C.
But if Duk is such a great leader, then how come he, along with the team he leads, fails to even show for Postseason games?? Doesn’t compute or even align with the Leadership Principles that I was taught in the Marines. If we ever get a real leader at QB, this team will be a lot different. Although with the Jones’s, I can’t see any kid wanting to come to Dallas. They’ve got a reputation as cheap, now that Stephen has taken over Player/Personnel.

There’s no way they draft a QB anywhere in this draft. However, all three QB’s contracts expire after this year. 🤷♂️
