These boys are great that shit isn’t easy playin and singing . They put ALOT of time in .
Saw them with this lineup in ‘78 with Bob Welch, Foreigner, and Fleetwood Mac.
This is BADASS!! 🔥🔥
Please bring the 70’s back. This is a damn cool ass song. A forgotten art that’s for sure
Take me back to 1977 and leave me there!
Exactly I Agree100%
'77 was a great year, can I go back too?
Man. There were so many gifted guitar players it's mind blowing. What major band didn't have a great player. And so many different styles of music, but its all really interesting stuff and great memories.
Great song from a greatly underrated band
Excellent musicians. They are one of those bands where you can't believe only four guys are making all that sound.
dave jenkins is a hell of a guitar player
He didn't like the bass fill at :48 lol
I was fortunate enough to see them in concert on 2 August 1977, at Milwaukee County stadium. They opened for Steve Miller and the Eagles. The price for a ticket was $11.
I was never a fan of the band but then caught them last Summer at the Racho Nicasio Sunday barbeque. They put on an amazing show. Once COVID is under control and they're back to touring I'd recommend checking out their show.
Even when adjusted for inflation, that was a great deal.
I seen all of them the same year in Chicago at Comiskey park. What a great concert!
They were a grooving band!
I helped them set up the stage in Troy Alabama at Troy State University in 1978 . Wow! Such a great band .
Such a Great Band!! The happy, carefree 70s!!! 😂
That song sound very good and I feel the vibration of the 70s Rock
Seen them in 1979 for $5 at Pacific Lutheran University….kick ass show
Absolutely fantastic! This is everything that is missing in music today. Great music, great singing, great performance, and most of all...this is fun! Music today lacks any fun factor whatsoever. I miss this era deeply...
Thanks for listening
ME TOO

great song and killer musicians, epic guitar solo
hard to believe I remember every word...and I made it through the 70s!!
Don´t we love Pop Rock. This sweet rock that came up around 1977-1981. FM radio made it all possible. Bands had to sound cool to fit those stereo airwaves.
Ahhhh memories..I was fortunate to see them at the company Xmas party that I worked for (Atari) back in 1977. Both were affiliated with the Warner Brother's label. 1st job out of high school. Things were really rockin for both Pablo Cruise & Atari back then! Times of yesteryear.
Bass player has some killer licks!
Bruce Day. He also played with Santana for a while.
Guitarist didn't like the bass fill at :48 LOL
Love how their in the zone closing out the song, f&@king brilliant!!!
Back when even pop music required actual talent!

Wow BIG HAIR on men in 77!? Love those 70’s.
I had BIG hair the first 1/2 of 1984 as a Junior in high School . I was a test dummie for a girl in Hairstyling at R V T S . LOLOl
For sure!
I'll soon be 62 and I want my hair back! lol!

I'll say; have fun!!!
IMHO these are the best bass and guitar player ever lol slick
First time I saw them was on American Bandstand. At this time they hadn't made it to the radio nationwide, yet. I genuinely liked them but I just didn't know what to think? They were animated and entertaining and you could tell that they really loved what they were doing. My first thought was, were they a made for TV band like the Monkees? So much good music goes by the wayside with time. RUclips is gift that reunites the best of times!
Really great comment. I wholeheartedly agree
Awesome jam👏🏻👍🏻
Rock on!
That is one heck of a rhythm section.
Now where did i put my bass guitar?
Pablo cruise a band that will out live anything in this world of so called music today!!!

Don't Hassle the Hoff, great tune.
Pablo Cruise could always reproduce their music very faithfully live. You'd always have a hard time telling the difference between live and the recording if you didn't listen closely.
Pianist was classically trained. Played some classical riffs in the concert I attended.

FYI, that's not Bud Cockrell on bass, that's his replacement, Bruce Day.
I knew there was something different. What happened to Bud ?
@@ipman3564 He left to join his girlfriend in a band "Cockrell and Santos" - Bud had previously played bass for "It's A Beautiful Day" before Pablo Cruise and Patti Santos was the vocalist. Bruce Day was the bassist on Worlds Away.
@@joeschindlbeck1223He was there for the recording his vocals but according to Bill Schnee, Mike Porcaro (of Toto) had laid down the bass parts prior to Bruce joining the band.
@@DeliRevv interesting info , thanks . My comment is relevant to who is in this video, though
@@joeschindlbeck1223 I agree
I think If I recall somewhere that Boz scaggs co wrote this song
👍👏
Did you ever hear Celtic Thunder? Especially Keith Harkin. Excellent!
On the tour with Santana,Marshall tucker band in Houston at jeppensen stadium they had major technical problems with sound system and couldn’t perform Man they were pretty piss off!
LOL Jenkins didn't like the bass fill at :48
I keep waiting on Metallica to cover this.
They would mess it up
Ashton Kutcher on drums.
Bill Paxton?
Bruno mars
They sounded like they were rushing to get it over with. Ingested too much speed perhaps.
No doubt the cocaine was fantastic 😂
