Delicious, simple and budget friendly. My little trick was once the pastry is rolled place it in the fridge for a bit to firm up, makes it easier to cut and I always preheat my air fryer for 10 min before baking.
These look amazing , I tackled my 15 in 1 again yesterday , bit the bullet and thought right youre not getting the better of me , I made bread it was lovely hubby said , I have loads of pastry in freezer , and the ingredients to do these pinwheels , we will give them a go and let you know what ours are like lol , wish me luck haha
I don't know why I have never thought of making these as Harrison loves pizza, we make toastizza (obviously bread toasted on one side and then pizza toppings added) Harrison can make this (with my guidance) but we prefer bbq sauce base rather than tomato base. Thank you for another great idea Kerry. Xxx ❤
I make these occasionally and they are great. I've tried them in the airfryer but they didn't cook properly, I now know why. I need to cut them much thinner. I had olive oil to the tomato paste is much tastier and less soggy. Great video, thank you.
Crumbs I think I had subscribed to wrong plot 25. There are a few on the to choose from. I think I did subscribe to the allotment But nothing came through. We are on track at last hehe. Pin wheels look very good., I think I liked the way the corsori cooked more from the picture.I bet fresh herbs would be very tasty, chopped. Good idea re tomato purée.
these look really tasty kerry, will certainly be trying these,i thought( you get my brain working) if you wanted a sweet version, you could use mincemeat, that would make a change for christmas, instead of mince pies. youve hit the nail on the head again kerry
Kerry, the pizza pinwheels looked great! Just a small thought, If you make the tomato paste too wet, just add a little corn flour and more garlic, As you know corn flour thickens but I love garlic , so enjoy adding so much more. 🤣🤣
I make them but instead of tomato purée I use tomato sauce with some sweet chilli sauce mixed in it’s not as harsh at the puree. Also do them with sausage my grandkids love them keep up the good work love your videos you make us laugh like me you get your words mixed up.😂😂😂😂
Just found another use for the left-over juice from my [occasional] breakfast tinned tomatoes! I thicken them with tom purée and add a bit of mint sauce to make them more interesting, but next time I'll try using the herbs instead. (Fried tomatoes are my first choice, of course, but I'll use tinned if I'm pushed for space.)
Great vlog again Kerry. I use puff pastry a lot and roll it with all different things in. My fav is ham and cheese and onion. Made the same way but different fillings. Those pizza ones look yummy
Ha ha I didn't think they would last over. I can see the grandchildren helping me make these, they looked well yummy 😋 Really enjoying plot 25 and already looking forward to Monday's episode😁 Have a great weekend x
Great idaea for using up stuff you have, bacon cheese and tomato are also tasty I copy the greggs one but I do only get four out of my pastry but nice with a bit salad and chips, thanks for sharing Kerry 👍
Of course they wouldn't last for the next day lol! Another fabulous recipe Kerry thank you. Am I being thick, but parchment paper, is this the same as baking paper/greaseproof paper? 🥰🥰🥰
We love you choc spread pinwheels

375 for 8 to 12 mins should be long enough to cook pizzas & you can keep adding a few more mins. To check doneness.

Tasty Kerry. So many varieties you could use with pastry. Jam would be nice or perhaps some rhubarb fromy your allotment. Will try over the weekend.
