So sorry bro most of people live there are rich and honestly most Taiwanese feel like they think themselves have higher level than people live in other places. For financial property, that might be true, bc you know that’s the place has most foreigners, language schools and crazy social reproduction we talk about.
The roads are now very dangerous. Tianmu is a throughfare for many commuters, and drivers seem to feel entitled to break the law and trample on others' rights. Traffic has increased a lot in the last 15 years, speeds have increased and car sizes have increased. Every time i step out the house, it's a fight. I was almost run down twice in the last month.

3 40年前 我讀大學 工作時 會跑去天母 逛外銷成衣店 去日本人開的館子吃飯 假裝自己在日本。或是一整天 就逛美國食品超市 吃美式甜點 茉莉吃早餐 假裝在美國。那時的天母真的超有趣 充滿活力。現在雖然較多美美的店 但就是做生意 擺在那都可。天母的居民 要求高品質 但低調 幾乎隨便個店家 都有家人在海外 很國際化。我到現在 偶而還是會特別跑去天母 吃吃老店 。
我是屏東人，但住曼谷。沙通區就蠻像天母，這區有歐美和很多國家大使館環繞著。然後巷弄內很正常就可以看到不同國家的人。 連我住的60 年老公寓裡有一大半的住戶都是來自不同國家的。
