Personally, I would dedicate a binder to all 1st ed holols and another for the commons and rares. Also consider some type of renters or collecters insurance if it's affordable.
Hey man, just wanted to say thank you! i dont remember how i found you on youtube, i think it was 3-4 years ago, from another collector who introduced you in a video and then i just followed you (maybe it was simply unlucky? or TeamXsamurai? Logan paul? i really dont remember). I never was into collecting "proffessionaly" but found it very interesting to see my childhood cards again. Since im watching your videos (not every video but you know , here and there) over the years i started to love your content man. Just seeing those binders really gives me some peace, its like seeing something u always wanted to see. You kinda showed me also that even im 29 years old im not too old for yugioh, which i was thinking since i turned 20/21 lol. Big thanks, hope you'll continue doing what you are doing, you're bringing peace with your vids.
I use a gun safe to keep my binders in, it’s double padded bolted to the floor and fire proof for 45min. It’s neatly in my closet only cost about $750. Might be worth looking into

What I did with my LOB-AST master collections is have 2 different binders 1 for holos & rares and the other for just commons. In the first 11 sets there are 242 holos & 197 rares so I used a 4x3 binder to hold all 439 cards. You could also put the rares and commons together in 1 binder and just the holos in another.
you should create a binder from the zexal era. collect all 107 numbers and their chaos forms. all mosnters have to be in their highest rarity. i think that would be pretty cool
Just bought four packs of Arcane! Went with White, Green, Purple, and Light Blue. Need to save some money and grab Pink and Black eventually. Orange pretty 🔥 as well. Thanks for making them :)
For my magnetic card cases I currently use "Superior Fit Sleeves" from Superior Fit Innovations. They protect the magnetic card case very well and are perfect fit! Maybe it helps you.
I have two High End Binders with LOB-AST 1st Foils and one with Ultimate Rares from SOD to EOJ. My Master Sets are in some separate Binders but the foils in there are not NM or just Unlimited, so most of my valuable Cards are in only two Binders. Which will be sleeved in your beautiful Arcane Sleeves soon ;)

PAC1 is an amazing set for collectors Next to RC03 it might be the best "collection" set they released yet RC04 was great as well but it was a bit over the top to collect it all
I bought myself a 3x4 Slot Binder, so for the older Sets (Lob-Ast i think) You always got 12 Cards with higher rarity than sr. Usually 2 secrets and 10 ultras. 1 Set per Page looks nice imo
They are the exact same case but ultra pro comes with fogged edges. Konami and pokemon company used the ultra pro 35pt as the base but just didn't have fogging.
They aren't, because they're not even the same size. They used a completely different mould. Also, my sleeves do not fit the ultra pro but they do in the new Konami ones. Thanks for viewing the videos.
I actually don't recommend these magnet cases. I stored a NM card in these within a humidity controlled space and the cards Pringled inside. I'm not sure why, but perhaps the magnet effected the metals inside of the foiling. Not sure, but I'm done with these cases.
I experienced the same thing. If the sleeve is too tight, the cards will warp. If you’re using these magnet cases, make sure the card has some wiggle room
I found that the perspective of a collector vs a player to be very different. Collectors want things to be as unique as possible, and a player's perspective will be to devalue a card as much as possible for accessibility. I feel that I've maintained my player personality in the things I collect because I also don't sell them though. So things being as cheap as possible for me to obtain has little impact on its personal value for me.

If you ever complete that 20th rare binder, oof. It's gonna be beyond fire of a video, given the number and given the shine I'm pretty sure it could become your flashiest binder lol, really hope you challange yourself with it, I'm sure you can manage with some time :) As far as being scared for your collection, makes sense ofc. I never had something even close to a fire and even if it happened I'm confident I would be able to take everything out but in that 1 in a billion chances where I just lose everything I worked on in the past decade, I think I'd still be fine. I'd be able to accept it and I'll exagerate whatever I had when telling the story lmao, good chance to start from scratch with all the knowledge of today too. In your case as a sane person though I think having all the holos in 1st edition in one binder and putting a good unlimited copy for the master sets would be a great idea! With that you can also enjoy 2 different ways of displaying them so win-win. Now then, back to waiting for my purple sleeves to come to Italy :P
I would keep one binder with just the end stuff and keep the complete binders buying a second version of them that is not so mint maybe nm/exc so that i can still have the entire collection displayed and at the same time have just one binder with the value cards
i saw english 25th Kaiba Briefcases unboxing on The Old School Expert's channel & got to see the Blue-Eyes english version I like the japanese version waaay more now that i can compare the two. what do you think?
You should either store your heavy hitter cards in a safe place outside your home or simply move and buy a house not connected to other people's. I would NEVER feel safe keeping my most prized cards inside an apartment.

I just sleeve my cards and keep them on their edge in a baseball type cardboard box. Works great for full size and I assume gaming size Yugioh cards as well. Seems better for me to have the sort of suspended in air a bit and all together they form a brick of cards that seems durable. I worry about binders warping cards or even making indents from cards as they lay on top of one another with binder closed.
I bought one of the Guardna binders in June of last year and I was wondering if those would be coming back. I love the one I have but they are no longer available. If they are not coming back, will the new Cardware binders still house MTG cards? I'm kicking myself for not buying a second one previously.

The LaTCG Perfect Fit sleeves fit those holders a lot better than the ones from Ultra Pro.
