    Looks great. Make sure you get your alignment sorted if you haven’t already. Dropping the car will mess with your alignment

      Had it done a few days after, made a big difference but I feel after a few hundred miles it might be slightly out again. Gonna see how it goes!

      @ItsDanLatham was it out by a lot? The garage I fitted today says I probably won't need one unless the car is literally swinging to one side.

      @@challengeronrift Mine was out by loads. Handling was better after alignment anyway

    This man is literally doing what all TT owners can't afford to do 🤣👏👍 this will be the last mod for me lol spacers for starters

    hey Dan, I'm getting creaks too especially on full lock turning from stationary. Same for you? Garage says this is normal. No incremental wear/tear.

      @ItsDanLatham I've got rieger diffuser (I see you already have it but haven't done a video! Gotcha)
      And these are my left-over mods: chamelon tint (colour of car is scuba blue) and side splitter glossy black wrap (like what rappy has done) what's left on your to do list?

    • @ItsDanLatham

      @@challengeronrift Rear diffuser, side skirts and front splitter videos are coming soon! If I keep the car for a while I'll get it mapped, but aside from that I really want to get something a little bit larger and more practical so playing it by ear. Love the car but living in a speed bump heavy area is a chore in something low!

      @ItsDanLatham wow. Exactly my experience but can't seem to find a coupe 2 door with this much storage space either. I'm glad you're doing front splitters too! Some of the aftermarket gives that double chin vibe. Looking forward to it 😄 p.s. can't decide between rieger glossy black or carbon. So few examples out there online. Yours looks sick already though with the black / gloss set up at the rear 🔥

    Interested to know what you think of this now after a few months. I have a TTS with 20’s and factory lowered sports suspension and it is way too harsh a drive, even with the mag ride (standard on TTS) set to comfort.

    • @ItsDanLatham
      @ItsDanLatham  Месяц назад +1

      @@jackduckworth1100 it’s definitely firmer but I got used to it pretty quickly. It can be a pain over larger bumps though!

      When I switch from 20s to 18s for winter tyres its like a whole new car. Consider maybe 19s if you feel its too harsh for you

    How do you know I’m the new springs what goes at the top and what part at the bottom.
    Can they go any way around or do the springs have a top and bottom install method?

    Hey Dan, do you think for a 19” alloy would be better 15mm spacers on the front and 10mm spacers on the back?

    • @Montoya2005
      @Montoya2005 5 месяцев назад

      Audi TT suits 15mm rear and 12mm front. But it depends on your offset. OEM is ET52

      Yeah with the lip kit on if you smash some country roads I’m scraping bigtime. Not particularly practical but handles pretty well and looks good 😂
