@@mr.bruhbruh9203 when you know everything you need to beat the game, it kinda becomes fast, btw the man has like 10k hrs in this game, not to mention the experiences from other souls games he played. Also, kill all the bosses it’s nowhere near time consuming compared to the full exploration people normally do with first play through like get all shiny items and clearly all enemies in the map. if not this mod, he could probably beat 165 bosses in 10 hrs.
Honestly, the end of each fight should've included "X Hours of Attempts" because GODDAMN tuning into the stream felt like each boss was impossible, but the madman did it every time.

My favourite part of this video is that Dist sounds like he is underwater and in a cave whenever anyone does anything creating moments like this 1:24:08 and 46:58
You're lucky Rick, Soldier of God held back on you and allowed the black flame to hurt him. He had to turn off his immunity just for you and only fought with 1% power
Bosses also gain poise resistance as the ngs cycle up, with 40% poise resistance at NG+7. Nothing past NG+20 should ever stagger with that scaling accounted for. Great run, more of a note for the mod creator.

@@Salted_Pizza Im sorry but I'm actually not wasting my money in the slightest, in fact there's no better way to spend my money than on top tier video games It's also like $80 now in europe for the best games but if I don't plan on keeping a game I sell it back for half its price and now I even found a store that will give me like 55 for a new game
I swore the boss version of Comet Azur could track shortly after being fired but this video confirmed it in deed does. Also Scarlet Rot would have been a huge benefit with something like the Ant Spur Rapier stacked with poison and frost.
Welp this is A LOT of Health when it is at Godfrey XD Boss has literally 100k+ hp. Also this has to be some of the longest challenge runs. 65 hrs, kudo to this project.
How high did the flat defence get by the end? Going by the 28 damage on your Godskin Peeler jump attack on Malenia, I think it might have gone over 2000, which is wild.
Hard mode: Do something like this for DS2, with the goal of beating all bosses. Every boss kill raises bonfire intensity of all bonfires. Then, after that, with bonfire intensity at 40 or something, go fight Vendrick without any Giant Souls.
Watching Fia’s Champions on this run was like a fever dream. If anyone was wondering if it was satire, it absolutely was not, it really took over 4 hours, and it was agonizing
Bro imagine if this was the canonical way the game played out? Like you either get the Frenzied Flame ending or the game ends when the Tree burns, but if you play the game like this you can unlock the other endings.
What makes me sad about this is that I actually expected NG+ to be WAY more difficult, specially bc you just beat the elden beast and probably also Malenia and everyone else and then it feels like 10% harder than NG but you're 100% stronger than at the beginning. Imo this should be the real NG+. Extremely hard so it feels like your first time clearing even tho you're much better and have all the best armor
I feel like if you attempt this challenge and succeed it doesn't matter whether you were good at the game in the beginnig because you will be afterwards since at some point you'll be forced to consider every fight as a required no hit
The nice things about these runs is to see that even an absolute expert on these games can be victim to the same shitty traps a noob like me falls for. Like the GS noble and his unstoppable fucking rolling attack.
I'm not complaining: great video, but in guides for all bosses there are 238 of them. Were field bosses or nigh bosses skipped here? Did I forget a point (since I'm over an hour into this video) where he says something about it? Just curious
got to admit, I would have been wailing on enemies when they stagger rather than going for the single punish hit when enemies are scaled about 10 NG cycles beyond me...pretty sure I'd get more buildup of whatever status(es) I'm trying to proc that way
I am a usually a magic/strength build player so I never realized what a God melter black flame is holy shit, might have to try out a faith build now just for this

This is my literal main build. Dual peelers with a high emphasis on faith and black flame spells. I love watching this
Black flame blade becomes an actually good buff for this type of run as it’s damage scales off of enemy max hp

I kinda wanted to watch Crucible Duo fight.
This was a joy to watch though, and shows how powerful certain mechanics are (Black flame, bleed, rot)

Tip for aincent hero of zamor, you can hit him while he's phase transitioning, even if his sword passes through you it doesn't deal damage
You can use the serpent hunter ash of war twice for a second hit that does big damage
Not attacking one of the godskin duo makes them slightly less aggressive

The reason the scaling for npc enemies isnt insanely high like other enemies is because they scale exactly like the player with levels up to 713
