I was stuck in an elevator with 2 local female teachers at the first international school I worked at in Sarawak, Malaysia. We were on our way to a weekly teachers meeting. We came up with a joke that I dishevelled myself so that it looked these ladies were wanting their evil way with me and I had to resist them! Not joking, it was a bwoody hoot and went down well when we got to the meeting as the others heard what happened to us and were concerned!😁 Good video especially comparing law, loved it. been trapped in a elevator in a hotel in Pattaya together with my Thai girlfriend and a older English lady for more then 30 min.. the old lady soon gets claustrophobic and we had to talk and calm her down and give her breathing advice because she also due to her panic get hyperventilation. And for me it was not the pitch black ( all the electric went out ) ore the claustrophobic part of it..but the heat! I think it was around 45 ore 50 degree in there for 30 min, i think i loose liters of water and was soaking wet. The fire brigade get us out and they take care of the old lady, we get back to our room for a shower and some water!

Years ago I was in a lift that got stuck halfway between floors, it was summer in Adelaide Australia and was very uncomfortable waiting about 30mins for the maintenance dude to fix the issue. I rarely go in elevators nowadays unless I Really have too

I got trapped for 20 mins once ... was worried .... but eventually she got off me.

Great to hear they are policing the one ways,at least one anyway, very frustrating the way the bikes just run any which way,especially between Beach & Second roads,quite dangerous if you don't realise what's going on
Yeah often catches me off guard with a bike travelling the wrong way

I've only been stuck in an elevator once and it was very brief - a few minutes at most. That being said, I have no issues with confined spaces. I have no issues with MRI's/CT scans. I think as long as the elevator was stable and safe, I'd be fine.

Thanks for your legal updates, wow. I saw an old lady get her handbag snatched yesterday, but I'm comforted in the knowledge that uniformed police are out there framing "Mr Big." Remember the 3 rules at the rd crossing "look for a free space wait for the gap then enjoy an arts festival parade." Look the other way & safety first. Nit here. But there have been several fatal fatalities of children crossing the road recently. Remember, wherever you are safety first. Don't looking for trouble go with the flow. Go Speed! Everyone is going good!

I remember your video with the exploding transformer! About a year prior I was in the same spot almost when a transformer exploded too! WEIRD! I do safety for a living and I always get a bit of a chuckle looking at some of the sketchy safety stuff I see in Thailand.

Common law & jury's IMHO is a typical US & UK thing!!
EU laws a lot are 'kinda' based on French law traditions and is mostly civil law. Some very specific cases (as exists e.g. in BE) might get a jury in EU but that is not very common.
I am Dutch so that fall was a lot in our news last week!

Here, at my house in the mountains of western Montana today, it was 40C. 104F. It's been that way for almost a month. I really felt like wandering around nekkid. If I were lucky, I'd be in Thailand right this minute, enjoying twenty degrees cooler with my junk hanging out on a motorbike. 🤣
