      I think you forgot tip nr.5, use the same stack of PEDs he does for recovery.

      Don’t just jump into the wrist pushups
      First build plasticity flexibility and mobility exercises
      Second do them static and on ur knees at first,you can rock back and forth for example.
      Then after building sufficiently in both try the push ups

      @@nishinoguitargod I never knew that. I know everyone has various types of training regimens but this one has to be the most extreme for generating explosive power with hard as rock hands.

    When doing his pushups, do it on your knees, it helps lessen the pain.
    2nd, do half pushups instead of full.
    It works for me to build that strength on your wrists.
    After that slowly build your way to a full pushup

      I did the type of push-up, doing full range on a concrete surface feels like destroying ur small bones on the back of your hands. Is it just me or it’s normal😅?

    Overcoming isometrics, go to a wall that you know you can’t push, go in punching position, extended arm, and push against that walll with your hand in the punching position as long as you can

    U need a strong core elasticity too and good feet balance to be more accurate and faster so you get a more power on your punch.

    Thank you. In my gym, we serve with the dumbbells but not quickly. I also need to make my wrists stronger. I broke my right wrist and had surgery on my left wrist. I always need to wear wrist wraps when lifting anything over 15 pounds. I'll try these exercises. Especially the one with the resistance band. Thank you.

    do wat bruce lee did, it wasn’t getting large and buffed up. he did strength building which increased his strength and not his size. also Lee had to slow down his punches for the camera.

    The weight shedow boxing was a idea i thought of and i didn't even realised it was a thing i did it for fun while i was working out then i realised i was punching faster now i do it on a regular

    I think the push-ups here is the most useful. Conditioning wrist for impact is good. Traditional strength training, hitting pads/boxing training, and maintaining flexibility and mobility probably do more than the dumbell and barbell stuff. But it definitely provides some benefits if you are adding it in as extra. Look at the guy though, he obviously does traditional strength training as well.

    Don't do shadow boxing with dumbells. It actually destroys your shoulder joints. Do the punches with an elastic band instead.
