My screen went black in 2020 T880. Thank you very much for info. I was only holding the power button. In older models holding the power button restarted the system and worked.

Stopped and went straight to RUclips and your video was at the top of the list. You went straight to the point, and it worked for me on the first attempt. Saving your video into my notes. oh man I thought I’m the only “lucky” bastard to have that happen. Picked up my brand new T680 and on way home the navigation screen quit working. I swear I was so pissed I was almost ready to set the f thing on fire.

Bro, I just googled it because i couldn't get my radio to come on after i made a quick stop. Your video was the first to pop up and you saved me so much effort. I tried pulling the fuse to see if that was the problem (my 2018 Pete had that issue) but that didnt fix it in this 2022 KW. Thank you so fuckin much cause i didnt want to have to go into the shop just for a simple stinkin radio! You're awesome bro.

They had recalls on this radio since almost new
Couple of times I stop at the dealership they always tall me you gotta leave the truck here for a couple of days for then to fix the problem
The radio stack freezes no volume
Nothing respond turn off but inself tun back on again
Sometimes I have to park shut off the ignición

Last week I punch the screen

Maybe you can help, I'm having issues with my screen in my Peterbilt, a error message comes on wont let me exit it out, and it interferes with adjusting other setting, will appreciate your input..
Have you tried following the reset procedure with the video I have posted.
Do you know which fuse# this screen goes through?
So if you pull the fuse cover by your clutch. All the fuses are named on the cover. So it should say some like entertainment or stereo. I hope this helps.. but you are better off by just resetting it with the method I just explained in the video.

I would say check your fuse. Fuse box Located by the clutch or brake peddle left side (left corner) . Underneath the steering wheel.

Hey Rob Try doing a hard rest if that doesn't do it then I'd say pull the Fuse out and put it back in and see if that does it.

Hey bro sorry for late respond but Hold down the volume & home button at the same time untill you see the screen restart. That should do it
You may want to make sure you're running newer software on your display. Make sure it ends with 195000-79 so this glitch stops from happening.

Do you know why my information screan on my cluster won't work.
I bought a new control know at a kenworth dealer and it wasn't that.
All I can do is turn the screan off and on.

It may be a loose wire in the connector. I recommend pulling the knob out and then connector that connects to the knob. Just wiggle thru the wires and see if any of those are loose at all. Alot of times these wires dont make good contact if they are loose. Hope that helps
How do I get to advanced settings. Mode on this radio to activate camera
If you have your cameras installed then you should be able to get into settings and play around on what you looking for. But the app is there but there is no use for it if you don't have the cameras installed and linked with the app
@@amandeepsingh3702 just installed rear view and won't come up so my mechanic called dealer. They said to go into advance settings but can't figure how to.
@@frank0720i in order to access the adcance settings you have to be parked with breaks set and just turn the key on without starting the truck
Also make sure your cables are connected properly as well. The cables that go behind your cd/radio player.

Hey bro I'd say either check your radio fuse or try doing the hard rest before you mess around with the fuse. Just follow the instructions in the video you might just be able to fix it with the reset.
Mine shuts itself off evert hour. I can turn it back on and it seems to reset every time. Any ideas on why I'm having to turn it on every hour? Thanks
I would say that pull the while stereo out and the connector behind it with multiple wires ( 9-10 wires or more ) disconnect it and pry open all the wire connections with a flat head screw driver. You May be losing losing power when it hits a bump or the connector may be loose..I'll make a video soon on it. Hope it helps. Be safe out my friend.

Yeah it does but that's the software glitch. Can't really do much about that
My radio stays on for 20 minutes only how I changed.
It may be a loose connector behind the radio where your power supply comes in at. It may be heating up the connector then it shuts down. Check your connector and also the fuse at the fuse panel.
Fucking its working good
My t680 radio is stuck in the phone call mode right now. The key is out of the ignition and the radio won’t shut off. Anything I push on the radio gives me that phone call message.
You pretty much have to follow the same process. It should fix it for you. Hold the power and home button at the same time for about 10 seconds. And once it flashes just let it go and it should work
My screen is stuck dating kenworth, I've restarted it, puked the fuse, still goes to kw screen and stops

If you have the navplus screen installed already. It should have been added on there from factory. If it's not there then they would have to add it on there via software.

@@elduro969 That has to be added by the dealer. if (gauges ) setting does not show your gauges in there then its probably not added by the factory. you would have to go to a dealership and have them add it on there for you.
My 2021 t680 is a piece of shit.
Day 1 , ac compressor went out.
I had to replace my compressor as well. Mine went out after 100k miles so it was out of warranty.
