The bottom bunk of the Cascadia is 38". The T680 is 42". So yes, the bottom bunk on the T680 is a bit bigger. I'm so glad I no longer work for a company that has terminal fuel. My company uses Pilot/Flying J exclusively an I never have to worry about having a shower credit or trying to get by a terminal to shower and deal with wet towels.

Lenoir city pumps do not operate 24/7! I could tell by the silence they were not turned on. The main pump makes a God awful noise when the pump is in operation
The fuel pumps only work during shop hours. Lenoir City opens at 6:00 am. By the darkness I would say you might be earlier than that - but not sure. Also until the next load just keep using the old truck number for fuel.
Found the pretrip switch I see. I also like how it goes through the different systems on the instrument screen to indicate if all is well or a fault exists.

No need to creep around terminals and truck stops at 4 mph. It is legal to use PC. Just select PC and label it PCDM. The Crete log handout explains it in detail.
VERY nice for a fleet truck; Crete knows how to spec their trucks to attract good drivers!😊 My U S Xpress T680 has a bunk window only on the passenger side of the truck; I thought it was a great idea!

Had a question, when u first started trucking, how long did it take you to get over the stress of the job, and the little fears of doing something wrong.. and would u change your career if you had a chance?
Hi there! Kevin loves what he’s doing and is now making good money. He’s only been trucking since March 2021. This was a pivot and he plans on finishing his working life in trucking. I’d say he wasn’t scared. He approaches things very methodically and slowly. But he was often stressed. There’s so much you don’t learn in school or orientation that it’s overwhelming when you really get out there. That’s a big reason we have the channel. To help other rookies learn what’s needed for a successful career. Some of the stress might never go away as it’s also an indication that you are paying attention and being very aware and careful. But it decreases as you build experience. Remember…take it slow and don’t worry what you think others are thinking about you. And use GOAL. You can do it!!! Hope this helped!
The mega-carrier I worked for did the same thing to me. Assigned me a truck but didn’t update the fuel card. I fueled the first time at the depot, no issue. Truck#, trip#, etc. Stopped two days later for fuel, nope. Had to call HQ, talk to the fuel desk, and wait 35 min for them to update the system. Everybody makes mistakes, part of life. 🙄 I see Kevin had the H-D trucker wallet. What do you guys ride?
