  • The Beatles described my hopes for the Triumph perfectly... Don't let me down! I had high expectations about this Triumph Street Triple 765R, and well... I think it's safe to say this one delivered! With pros and cons, but damn... I kinda want one.

Just discovered your channel. Clean production, a more usual rider's perspective, not like the moto press whose skill goes way beyond most of us. You definitely deserve more subs.
I had a Street Triple S, in A2. Can relate to what you say through the video. Brake feel was exceptionnal, even though I had the Nissin and not the brembos. Perfectly stable and neutral chassis, everything feels natural on this bike. The engine was neutered, but that lovely induction sound in the midrange...
I'm selling it right now, and bought an Aprilia RXV 450 that's a little bit prepared as a SM. Stupidly raw bike, it shakes, it revs like an RSV Mille, it throws me when I brake too hard, it's incredible in the mountain passes. The Street was almost too confortable, but the RXV makes me feel like VDB...

I’ve got the 675R 2013 model. I’m hooked on it. It’s so planted that the rider just had to point and shoot. I didn’t know the British are so good at engineering till I rode this one.

If you like that old model street triple R try the new street triple RS it's a much better bike you'll love it. the gearing's been shortened giving better acceleration in low and mid range, the power's been upped to 128bhp plus the rake and trail's been changed and the rear lifted 10mm giving sharper but still planted handling, also the new colours (carnival red and cosmic yellow) are outstanding.

I bought a Carnival Red a month ago. Have 1000 miles on it. Has cruise control, heated grips and TPMS. Also installed a Sprint air filter and a Spark full titanium exhaust.

i've been riding harder and harder my er6n and i'm starting to feel the (my) limits on its shitty suspensions
i've sorted the brakes with braided lines and radial MC they feel amazing.
Also the engine is perfect at mid rev but gives out at 8/9k which is too short.
    I've had these conclusions :
i want sport bike suspensions & brakes and more than a twin but less than IL4....
I dont feel like jumping to 130hp so I think 100 will be good
the only bike possible is the 2013 R model, I'm looking to get one when i have the funds :D
As for your comment on it being boring, I think it a sign you can start learning to ride the road instead of learning to ride the bike

    Brilliant review.
I've ridden the RS a few times and can't decide between it or a Z900 I think for these very reasons. Coming from an MT09

Triumph every day all day! Had 2 z900’s and they are so bland…fun but triumph is just better

The 765RS has even better suspension, engine and brakes. I think the R is best for the street though. Going to test ride a 765 2023 and a XSR900 soon. New bike before the year end. If the 765 fits me I'm getting one, been lustin after one for a couple of years now. I'd consider the Z900 or Z900RS but it's a steel chassis with limited tech and it's inexplicably expensive. Been saving my pennies...very nice production on the vid btw, good job. Also, nice roads man what part of the world are you riding?

In this video I was riding in the south of France. I know the RS should be even better, but this was what I could rent while I was there. And yeah, I really liked the bike ... :)

I have a good reason not to need that bike- I live in Eastern Europe. Can't afford a Triumph t-shirt, let alone a bike, and even if I could, the closest dealer/service is 350km away. Yeah, the bike looks and sounds nice, but I don't want to risk being bombarded by the Royal Navy everytime I try to change the oil by myself.

I get it :)) that’s why I stopped mentioning exact prices either, because it’s so subjective depending on the demographic ... that being said, sure, a new one might be expensive right now ... but all bikes go down in value over time, so in a few years this will become more and more accessible
