the shift in perspective between iterations reminds me of the 'risk of rain' franchise

As someone who has enjoyed one game from the dozen or so 6 degrees of freedom games that exist, I feel like I have to play this by default.

I enjoyed the demo. Wish it had come to PSVR2.

What if any value do the four difficulty systems bring?

Normal felt right to me, easy takes away too much of the time pressure thanks to the fact that enemies fall in like a second. Don’t have much to say about hard and above because I only did partial runs with each, just makes everything spongier

Something to also add is how much of clone/ripoff whatever you want to call it, of 2014's "Tower of Guns"

It’s not much like tower of guns at all. It’s just Cryptarch in 3D. The unique selling point really comes down to the planning associated with the system functions of each ship, choosing which order to approach things, which rooms to skip etc. Tower of Guns is much more straightforward.
