Hi, how can I remove the upper lids from the crown? In the video, they are dismantled, but the procedure for their disassembly and subsequent reassembly is not shown. Thank you.

Interesting. May i ask you some questions?
1. How does chamber equalizing valve work? Is it just u-cup action or some sort of ball valve?
2. Does teflon powder really reduce stiction? Fox does something similar but it didn’t prove to be effective (for me at least).

Have you tried smearing Sram Butter or Slicoleum just under the lip rubber seal,I had Marzocchi CR350 forks known for stiction,works like a dream.
