Ingredients:
180g Lotus Biscoff cookies
75g melted butter
375g full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
75g icing sugar, sifted
180ml cream
200g Lotus Biscoff spread
extra cookies for decorating
You will need :
6 x 8cm tins (preferably with a removable base)
Acetate or baking paper
A hand or stand mixer
A food processor or rolling pin and ziplock bag
