- FOX31’s Vicente Arenas was in the courtroom when a suspect in Alexa Bartell’s death pleaded guilty to murder. Bartell was killed when a rock hit her car in Jefferson County in 2023.

Imagine the level of idiocy it takes to do something like this? These fools were mere weeks away from graduating HS and moving on with their lives. But before they could even get out of the starting block they made this monumental lapse in judgement and have thrown it all away. They'll miss all the meaningful years of adulthood (rightfully so, after robbing Ms. Bartell of her's) and will be broken old men before they ever walk free again (if even then).

As a former teenager like everybody else i can tell you that these kids did not even think that this was a possibility.
I don't understand why people would even think that causing a crash or causing injuries would be funny. Go play video games 🎮 🕹, paintball, or get a job if you're so bored that you think 🤔 that you may need to do something stupid for entertainment.
Just imagine as a teenager you have full of life to live but now you gonna spend the rest of life in gated community for your useless action
And they get free food, free lodging, free medical. Lucky them.
