    beautiful and nice. little fun fact: wiggle or wobble. but I like wiggle because the object is small. Wobble fits more with something bigger like a table or car wheel.
    Your talent is exceptional. Wish you continuous success. You can wiggle sometimes but try not to wobble lol

    one question: when I bake my sourdough (70% hydration) in a dutch oven (250C for 20mins lid on, after that 20-30min lid off (220C). My sourdough is very soft and delicious after cooling down. But after a day the bread doesn´t taste as fresh. But yours is way better. Whats the difference? Is there a heat difference in the oven?

    did you know that you can eat molded bread? it may be gross to some but it helps the immune system.

    I been eating dinner roll milk-cream bread with melted chocolate sea salt truffles wondering if that’s the same. Probably not as much flaky buttery taste..
