Me n my wife are just getting started in starting our bakery starting off with bread and bagels luckily where we live we do not need permits so we can use our home kitchen and sell from our home. I’m hoping all goes well for us I’ve been baking since I was a young boy and am really passionate about baking, I’m just in the testing phase of the different breads we are planning to add. I just get nervous that I’m getting myself excited for this venture and it may not even work out for us.. I’m hoping it does though because I absolutely love being in the kitchen and experimenting and trying new things
