I do everything myself too... And i come home with body aches. Maybe age is catching up. But watching you do everything makes me feel better. We keep going on... We just do it. Even if at the end of day they sometimes don't sell out 😅

Hi Leo. What do you usually do to prevent the burnout of working solo? Do you do your sales as one time sales or spread the sales throughout the day? I ask because I'm in the middle of planning my own microbakery, and considering my bakery to be 24 hours operation bakery (3 shifts a day). The idea is to spread the workload throughout the day, the idea is to prevent burnout your insights are appreciated. thanks!
