@@leothebakerJust found ur Chan ( watching from the US) now I moved away from London in 1999 to the US ( and the last time I was there was in 2011) And I don't miss it at all ( family yes) But considering many of the negative images we hear& see,it's always to nice see a new arrival,work hard& get on ( And ur providing a most important service) And over here,u can get decent Bread,but u have to pay attention to the Micro Bakery ( of course on Fb u receive info on Farmers Markets,which work) So I just wanted to wish u ( ur family) all the best & succes with ur Baking.. And of course it's hard work but you're ur own man& there's a lot to be said for that.( That kind of independence can't be measured in $ & cents)
Great advice stay with one product. I’ve been all over the place driving myself crazy. Cookies, cupcakes or cakes . Then I entered pies into our local fairs. Won ribbons. Then made pies for friends, neighbors and family. The feedback has been overwhelming. I realized what I should be selling.
Great advice! I should focus on Bread alone, meantime. I'm still struggling to get it done right. It's been 2 weeks with 4 bread making, sometimes it was soft, other times it as hard🍞...oh boy in that case, I just get drunk with too much hot ☕️☕️☕️☕️😂😂😊

I also need type of yeast you use, I've used dry yeast from the grocery local shop and 4 times my bread didn't proof. Hey Jac, buy Doves Farm strong white if you are in the UK. It is excellent flour. And their yeast is what I use too for non-sourdough bakes
