His success cannot be replicated and one should not strive to be as him.
Furthermore, the "gurus" you're mentioning in the video are not actual role models, they are grifters who prey on lovely and vulnerable men. They are fake and as such, should be deemed as pretenders.
I cannot definitely say who should be as a role model for a modern man, but generally speaking, taking care of yourself, both physically and mentally should be a priority.
The answer should be our fathers. The irony is it isn't.
The only point of this video is to become who you are, not to become like Asmongold. It doesn’t mean you will be rich or very successful, but that you will go to sleep each night knowing that your way of life is a product of your own vision and not simply a reflection of society.

Asmon is way too contrarian for me. If he reacts to something that is critical to female nature, for example, he spends so much time saying "well men do that too" It gets very annoying as it detracts from the thing he's reacting to. A recent example from a couple days ago was the question about -why modern games are so garbage- Who killed masculinity in videogames?. It got to the point I watched the original video rather than listen to him pontificating.
Don't get me wrong, he has some/many good takes and IDGAF reactions that I would have too. I still watch him but I'm not a subscriber. I'll watch him when it's something interesting to me.

@@sleep3417 Well, he doesn't always seem very comfortable hanging around Hasan whenever there's a live stream. He also knows that you deal with arguments and not people - so, that's why he can comment on Trump or Pierce Morgan without giving the impression that he's a fan or a fanatic.
The second bit is to not deal with topics you know very little about. And you can tell that Asmongold has opinions .... everyone has. But while I can write this comment without much consequences, his is viewed by thousands. Even if your gut feeling tells you something is not right with a statement or way of thinking - it's best to not deal with it. Unless you decide to read up on it and then dismantle everything Hasan has ever said. With that being said, we get to the third part: if you're that invested to prove Hasan wrong - who is leading your life? What will you do after you've shown the errors in his arguments?

I've seen him grow from a 3K youtuber to being a massive streamer. I knew back then that i had found someone really interesting. I'd never want to be like him (health is wealth), but i've always appreciated his ability to just do what he wants. But you have to call it for what it is, he is an exception to the rule. Most people like him would live miserable lives and the world would eventually force them to no longer be able to just do what they want.

Oddly enough I remember when Asmogold was outwardly dishonest. I found out who he was because he was the biggest cheerleader for deplatforming when LeafyisHere was deleted, he proceeded to name other people who he wanted to be erased. I don’t know how to feel about him since he keeps flip flopping on things like political beliefs. The people that use to like him now want him deplatformed and others that were wronged by him now what to listen to his opinions.
Things I have re organized into to my life to consider since listing to Thinking-Ape. Intrinsic value, talent, motivation, passion, experience, genetics, environment and be realistic and become yourself. I really think this perfectly sums up why I love Asmongold so much. I don't strive to be like him in any way, but I really resonate with the things he says because I've lived it. I wasn't popular in school and I didn't care what other people were doing. I cared about my friends and what made me happy, and that was it, and that still holds true to this day.
