I think it's mainly the cosmetic surgery by a long way
Like for years it was mainly used on older women to make them look more like young women, so when (probably body-dismorphic) women who already are young copy those women it doesn't have the same affect and makes them look like old women who are trying to look young
Like i've known people with bleached blonde hair and fake tan and I don't think it made/makes them look much older if at all, but I know someone who looks a bit older because of they sun bathe a lot and it's made their skin look rougher and slightly looser

So, if someone (usually girls) who are not fat, maybe a bit thicker than skinny, choose baggy clothes I look at it and notice how the choice makes it even worse then it is by default.

There are plastic surgery streets where you can find one clinic after. And while some of the “results” are quite obvious and can see as you walk around the street it’s not as monstrous in general as in eg. US.

@@UKickMeDog He makes a good point. The reason why 40-50 year old women get filler/botox is to attempt to bring back the shape and definition of youthful skin. They put filler in their lips, because the decades has brought fat and gravity making the flesh more "droopy". The issue with teens and people in their early 20s getting the same procedures is that they don't even understand what goal they are trying to achieve with the plastic surgery. The result is they get the same procedures as people in their 40s and 50s, then act surprised when they come out looking like a 40/50 year old with plastic surgery.

Ex-cosmetic nurse on my throw away - Can explain this pre-matured aged appearance for the lass pretty easily in this case (actually seen a lot of these issues in the industry done by under-qualified / passive 'professionals' that don't say no). Assuming that this is hyaluronic acid based filler (most likely) it will empty from the face in time - sounds scary but it's a sugar your body will digest : you make it naturally as well.
Over processing faces causes this visual aging effect due to disrupting the anatomy and making areas appear as they do in later years of life. Main things I see in general are in this case potentially. This includes :
    - Over-filling cheeks cause the under eye area to appear sunken in comparison. The cheeks in this case also appear to have been injected to the front of the face and lower, not where her fat pads are naturally located at this time of her life.
    - Oversized lips are often get associated with approx 40-50 year old women getting lip filler trying to compensate for that area thinning and dropping - especially when the lip isn't filled and its the area above the lip - ends up looking quite heavy.
    - Too much botulinum toxin in the upper face can cause droopy / heaviness around the eyes : your tissues drop naturally as you age, you do not want this appearance prematurely (should bounce back up after time if treatment is ceased btw) . The heavier eyelashes also make the eyes appear droopy.
Tox does not tighten an area as many people believe : its a ACh inhibitor which makes muscles relax : If the muscle is relaxed, you cannot see the movement (wrinkles) and essentially helps prevent muscle contractions from pinching the upper skin and causing damage (the wrinkles you have even when you rest your face - its very akin to scar tissue). People get a lot thinking it lifts / tightens - you can stop certain muscles pulling other muscles down but tox itself NEVER lifts / tightens.
The issue is when people engage in these beauty services (as they are likely not a trained professional); they will listen to the 'trained professional' and it's quite often that treatment makes them look older and feel worse, but they cannot pinpoint that the work did that and just feel they need more : Often the 'professional' will suggest more is required than what they're actually after, and when they feel crummy down the track, they blame themselves for not getting the further treatment. Then it goes into a very predatory loop you see more often than not.
The best advice I can give anyone if they seek these services is to ask for something inappropriate (for a non issue) and see what the person you are speaking with tells you : You can easily gauge if they have your interests are heart or their wallets. Which funnily enough, having people's interests at heart results in people referring you extra work and having life long clients so doing silly treatments is generally lose-lose.
The girl in the video appears to have lovely facial structure and age appropriate features under the work : I feel its mostly just a case of her just backing off treatments for a while if she's unhappy with her current appearance :). I would say that behind the lip does appear to have filler where it isn't meant to be though (generally poor injecting practice and should not happen) - that may need dissolving as that region has near no metabolic activity to break it down : if not while showering some heavy massage on that region should help it break down over time but can be VERY slow : but DISCLAIMER that anything is said from a grainy short video and I'd seek someone that could physically feel and assess it.
I would not recommend this injector based on this video - the injection points selected appear poor and the quantities inappropriate. General rule : if you can see the work, its not good work.
Edit : Asmon based on what I see on a camera is aging well : Likely due to less sun exposure / working indoors. Minimal upper tissue damage you'd see for 30+yo male (near no wrinkles). Hair line changes can occur late-teens so would not use that as an indicator. Thinning of the mid-face would be the only real giveaway for the 30s but with the lack of other changes I'd say he's doing quite well.
Genetics are always a factor, and filters on media make things harder so take any specifics about individuals with a grain of salt.

It's hard to know if that's true or not. I'm sure there's a lot of people that have done plastic surgery, but no one knows because it was done well and never in excess. The people who visibly have had obvious work done are uncanny looking(women with stupidly fat lips and impossible breasts), but how many do we see that we don't even notice and just see them as being hot?
I imagine a ton of actresses we see that we think are hot probably had work done, but few have struck me as lizardfolk.

In her 80s, she had the face of a 50 year old.

I agree less is better. The beauty industry just loves to play off of women’s and girl’s insecurities. They try to make it seem like you need a 8-10 step morning and evening skincare routine so they can sell their overpriced products, but I do think some are necessary as I have excess sebum which means I have really oily skin so it feels gross and is acne prone if I don’t take care of it. I just use three things; low pH cleaning gel by Cosrx to wash my face, Red Bean Water Gel by BoJ which helps with excess sebum and the SKIN 1004 - Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum which is the best sunscreen I could find with no whitecast. I’m 27 in a few months but still get mistaken for a high schooler all the time at work by customers but I chalk it up to the lack of direct sunlight, the fact that I’ve never touched makeup except eyeliner and the I don’t cause substances.

Yes, botox can absolutely contribute to premature aging in a couple of ways:
    - injecting one area can lead to over-use of another area: this happened to me, I got my glabella/forehead done alone. Problem is that the muscles around my eyes overcompensated for it and put me at risk for premature aging around my eyes, sooo I had to get some more by my eye to stop the creasing
    - loss of volume in treated area (muscle atrophy)
    - appearance of new dynamic wrinkles with movement following muscle atrophy if treatments are not scheduled appropriately (this is the big concern for very young people, that these new expression lines can become actual wrinkles)
I love botox but it's really shocking how little awareness there is about the downsides of it, particularly among young people. Last time I addressed this online, I got dogpiled on despite the stuff I'm talking about being verifiable *and we all have the internet *. It's a bit worrying.

You'll be glad of that in a few years. I had the opposite thing, I could buy liquor without getting carded at 15 (I also had a full beard by 16 and started to go grey in my early 20s). It was absolutely fantastic as a teenager, but I'm 27 now and I just did that face age test thing for a laugh and the results came back at 39 and now I have no idea what to do with that information lol. So look at it this way- my age/looks ratio advantage is behind me now, since I no longer need it to buy restricted products or get into clubs. But you still have yours to look forward to, when you're in your 50s and people think you're actually in your late 30s... Not to mention mine lasted like 3 years (15, when I started drinking, to 18, when I could drink legally and get into clubs without having to pretend I was older- yeah, I live in Europe, no 21+ bullshit here!), while yours will last the rest of your life🤷‍♂

The thing is with many women, they start using makeup when they’re young to try and look older. Then as they get older they use makeup to try and look younger.
The issue with makeup is it covers the skin and doesn’t allow it to take in natural nutrients in the air or allow it to breath at all.
By covering up with makeup their skin gets progressively worse over time, which is why many look terrible without makeup but look like crap with too much makeup on.
For men it’s the environment they’re in, whether they grow facial hair (which makes men look older/more mature) and indeed stresses of life that make them look older than they are.

    • @gargoyled_drake

humans have covered their faces with makeup to protect them self from sun and enviroments for ages. True, there are products that will harm your skin over time. But wearing makeup will not do any harm to your skin in general. If anything, the routine and nurtire you give your skin will most likely improve your skin and make you look younger than you would have without.

You could have mentioned the elephant in the room.
Men like younger women. Women like older men. Biology. Studies prove this time and time again (all kinds of studies -- self-report, marriage records, online research).
This is a big problem for women, as they get older (which is now true for 99% of women, of course). It's a problem very early, actually -- and there's no real way to solve this without accepting your role as the grandmother/old wise woman, or just 'old woman'. Classically, this was not a major issue since they had actual roles/places in the world. The modern world has no real place/need for old women. This meant that women started to invent their own places/purposes, like bingo halls and book clubs for 50+ women, and trying to look/act 25-years-old.

False makeup doesnt age skin. Using foundation actually protects your skin from uv rays on daily basis at some degree and protects skin from free radicals. Skincare with lots of alcohol, and drying ingridients can ruin skins barrier. Simply aging is about sun exposure, genetics and stress level. Simpler, look at ur dad or mom and thats how u gonna look like.
