    I love this video. It's so refreshing to finally see someone who isn't nu goth, or glam goth, or an insagram goth. You're makeup doesn't look clean and cookie cutter, you're real and your patches came out awesome. You should definitely make some for your jacket. I'm subscribing. I hope to see more of your diy vids.

      Valo Valmieni Thank you so much! I try to keep to my own style and pull inspiration from all over! I actually moved a lot of these patches to my jacket after a while and I think it’s time for a new diy video where I can share the jacket update as I’ve done a lot of work on it :)

    I love the fact that you made earring out of your wisdom teeth. My best friend is supposed to be getting his teeth pulled at some point and was going to make us necklaces out of them. Friendship necklaces of his teeth. I love it.

    Absolutely LOVED the "horror pants." Those were great. Makes me wish I could draw and paint. I'd do a pair with a vampire theme with "The Vampire Lestat," "Dracula" (the one with Bela Lugosi,) and "The Hunger" (featuring David Bowie if you've not seen it.) The jacket was pretty awesome also. I found a great leather jacket in a thrift store. Was nice and soft and supple. Would have been perfect for adding some chains and studs to. Unfortunately, it was too small :-( for me. I almost bought it anyway, just to fix up and maybe sell. Definitely watching the tutorial on the skeleton shirts.

      It would! But I cannot draw worth beans. I can (or could, it;s been YEARS since I tried) trace really good. Could potentially make a stencil, but I don't know.

    I only had one wisdom tooth and it was growing in almost completely sideways. I have it in a box but I never really thought about making something out of it. Maybe a necklace would be cool.

    Nice patch pants, jacket and earrings! I haven't watched Deathgasm and Grave Encounters, I have to add them to my list.Some movies that I watched recently are The Lure, Phantom of the Paradise and The Happiness of the Katakuris. They don't have a lot of horror but they are fun and weird. If you haven't seen them, I highly suggest them. I think you will enjoy them. :D

    Studding jackets is fucking difficult as fuck. Denim is easier, but can still wear you out and poke the fuck out your fingers. Never done a leather jacket, but I've added studs to belts I cut up and made bracelets out of when they got too destroyed to wear as belts. In any case, really love the stuff you've made.

      Autumn Mourning heya,how you wash the clothes you paint on? and what kinda...paint you use?

    • @AutumnMourning
      @AutumnMourning  7 лет назад

      Honestly I treat my painted clothes the same as any other, normal wash in the machine with everything else. I don't separate my clothes or anything. The pain is just acrylic. Whatever is cheapest. I'd suggest washing by hand to be more gentle if you're concerned about it fading but I've not had much problem so far, I'm pretty rough on my clothes haha! Hope this helps :D

    • @aalihte380
      @aalihte380 7 лет назад

      there are a lot of fabric specific paints out there (online, art supply shops) that are uber pigmented and have a very smooth, fluid texture like acrylics..and even though acrylics DO work great after a few years they can flake or fade..fabric paint will not come off for nothing and the colour stays really vibrant.

    My art-projects are all but tailoring >.< I'm writing a saga, I've played electric guitar and drums, I've practiced martial arts for years and years... More than a suggestion, the only idea I can give you right now is to keep learning. Improvization and imagination are great and you've got this quality (also the non-mirror make up skill!) But learning some advanced tailoring could bring you a lot of imagination and reach the potential you have! Have a nice day lady! :)

    • @AutumnMourning
      @AutumnMourning  7 лет назад +2

      I really admire people who play instruments, I've learned a little but
      never had the drive to really get good at any one. I hope to never stop
      learning, self improvement is so huge to me and I want to continue to
      get better at my art! Thanks so much

    • @MulthybridGodKyrNair
      @MulthybridGodKyrNair 7 лет назад +1

      About the instruments thing, same as me. I only played guitar for 2 years and drums for 2 and a half. I had to decide between that and martial arts. (I chose the 2nd one). But after finishing the saga I will go back to music! :D Just focus on what you love! no shame on that! You're welcome!

    • @AutumnMourning
      @AutumnMourning  3 года назад

      Id machine washed them on the most gentle cycle, and not often. Only when they really need it. Also spot cleaning by hand if something gets on it can be a good way to gently clean them.

    • @AutumnMourning
      @AutumnMourning  7 лет назад +2

      Thanks! If I get anything on them I wash them by hand, but I try not to wash them more than necessary and only very gently in the sink. Then just hang dry. Most painted things I wash normally but with all the studs and pins I don't dare put them in the wash.
