Just got it to iOS 9 and it's actually quite smooth. Apple says they will keep continue in to improve it. And I get better battery life! The only thing it really slowed down was powering the device on/off

I'm getting a rose gold iPhone 6s Plus in a couple of weeks and I'm super excited. I currently have a 4.5 inch screen on my phone, and I use two hands on it 90% of the time, so the two handed thing really isn't a huge deal to me. I also have a habit of closing every app when I'm done using them (Habit I picked up from having a terrible phone battery), so I will probably never run my CPU at it's max. Also, I probably won't use more than 30 GB (Few apps and tons of pictures) so I'll always have plenty of space, which also helps performance. My biggest problem is the 6s Plus will probably have a hard time fitting in my back pocket, which I can get past. Awesome review. I love the stabilization on the Plus, as I am fairly shaky when taking photos. (My husband however, can stand as still as a statue)

I'm getting a rose gold iPhone 6s Plus in a couple of weeks and I'm super excited. I currently have a 4.5 inch screen on my phone, and I use two hands on it 90% of the time, so the two handed thing really isn't a huge deal to me. I also have a habit of closing every app when I'm done using them (Habit I picked up from having a terrible phone battery), so I will probably never run my CPU at it's max. Also, I probably won't use more than 30 GB (Few apps and tons of pictures) so I'll always have plenty of space, which also helps performance. My biggest problem is the 6s Plus will probably have a hard time fitting in my back pocket, which I can get past. Awesome review. I love the stabilization on the Plus, as I am fairly shaky when taking photos. (My husband however, can stand as still as a statue)
