Mindy, try a quick jab when you insert the needle. It’s far less painful and will not leave as much of a bruise. You’re increasing the resistance/skin trauma by going slow. I self administer shots so I understand it’s stressful but the quick jab is so much better. 💜

A little life killed me. It was so sad. It was also kind of a hard read for me at first though. Sooo much character development in the beginning that I thought was so drawn out and unnecessary. Still a wonderful book, but so sad. I think about Jude a lot!
