It’s a grand pleasure to mix and then knead bread dough with my new Bosch mixer. I decided to purchase a Bosch only 2 years after I purchased the “other mixer”. Mixing and kneading bread dough is done in a flash with my Bosch! I don’t even need to scrape the bowl! With the “ other mixer” I had to continually scape the bowl to get the dough to kneading state. It was exhausting. I’m so happy to have a Bosch Universal Mixer. Wow! What a difference!
