I don't know the part number because I just call Panda to get the part. If you call them in fort Lauderdale you can ask for parts and they will help you. They might even swap it under warranty.
It's two wires in the bottom of the pan in a Deutsch connector. You have to pull them out of the connector and dry them off. If they get wet the motor shuts down so it doesn't suck up water. Make sure you don't have a leak as it could harm the Genset.
