I finally decided to move back home to my childhood home so I’ll be busy with contractors, dust, and whatever …. It needs a lot of work. I want to get back on your way of eating Lulu. I’m using the stress of driving back and forth from where I live to my childhood home, almost two hours away, frequently. I have to try harder because one sister, out of six of us, died because she did not take care of herself. I know I need to encourage myself. It has to come from inside of me. I’ve done whole food plant based, Eat to Live, etc. I can’t seem to stick with it. I will keep trying …. 🙏🏼❤️
you have to want this more than anything, then you will always put it first!! you will drive back and forth with a cooler with your prepared meals, you wouldn't dream of leaving the house without your meals so that you set yourself up well. carve out that time to take better care of yourself than you are taking care of that house. look what you are putting your energy into . . . making that house wonderful. all the while, your body is getting further and further away from wonderful. it's all about priorities. I would burn the house down before I would neglect this beautiful machine of a body that God gave me to honor and care for.
I was going to start my new way of eating January 1st, then decided to start December 1st, and now I've decided to start tomorrow. So I'm jumping on the band wagon and will try to be as good and dedicated as you are. I want the food chatter to go away for good.
You’re an expert at planning your day even when you’re out of town. Gro sto, lunch, park to exercise, planet fitness to shower, Cracker Barrel. It all falls into place. Ha. And THEN home in time to cook Thvgvg dinner. I love efficiency
I went to my local Walmart yesterday, here in San Antonio, and went to ring up the organic baby carrots and was told they are unsalable, so when I went back to the produce section and asked an employee about them he wasn’t aware so he took them back up to the register to find the same outcome, so I had to buy the regular kind and he probably want back and removed them from the shelf. I had no idea there was a recall.

If you've been working out all this time 20 lb dumbbells will be easy! I love that your trainer uses the van to help you stay fit. And yes, with heavier weights you do less reps.

I read about that. Organic only. Many people sick over several states and one person died.
