    I have been diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy and it’s been a task to deal with 😩 I will try to eat more of this suggested diet 😊 thank you for sharing 😊

    Interesting and highly relevant subject . The food approach is highly commandable. However spinach is rich in oxalates and may have a lot of pesticides . I think varied food and appropriate exercice are helpful . Best of luck for your New channel . ❤

      Consume with dairy, eg: creamed spinach, sautéed in butter, cheese on salad, quiche.

    Haha yeah nutrients are important but if a senior doesn’t lift weights, also known as pumping iron, the legs and the whole body will weaken due to bone loss and muscle loss. It's called sarcopenia. Look it up. And lift weights!!!
