Haha yeah nutrients are important but if a senior doesn’t lift weights, also known as pumping iron, the legs and the whole body will weaken due to bone loss and muscle loss. It's called sarcopenia. Look it up. And lift weights!!!

Due to the oxalates, there’s the risk of kidney stones!
Consume with dairy, eg: creamed spinach, sautéed in butter, cheese on salad, quiche.
Grow your own. Very easy

I eat spinach 4 times a week
