Nicely put together. 30 years ago. I now understand when my parents would talk about the 60's in the mid-90's like it was yesterday for them. Even the ads on the buses are instantly recognisable to me

I'd say 1995 too. Abrakebabra on the corner of Westmoreland St is long gone now and I'm sure it was gone by '98. Also Eamon Dorans only opened in 1995, replacing The Rock Garden.

Dublin has lost its soul, character and charm. Its just a miserable mini London now. The politicians responsible for this should be held for treason.

@@rcfanaticdublin Our perceptions of past times can be interesting. I went back to my old primary school and it looked so much smaller I thought it was. The same with a hotel in Cork I stayed in as a kid. It was like a huge palace to me then and now (no longer a hotel) it is just a large house. I'm not sure about Dublin being busier. I was in my 30s then. What strikes me from the film is that the traffic moved a lot better than today!
