Hope you guys are having an awesome weekend!! ✌🏻❤️
Same to you both!
Wow music from the 70'sand early 80's ( music is timeless) but there is a lot of old stuff in there! your right Robb something stopped the owner from returning and now their home is a shrine! This place was creepy !?
Thanks I hope you guys did too!!! Although it always seems to go by so fast for me at least I always feel like one more day at least would be nice but I am lucky to have the weekend off regardless! ☺️✌🏻❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
WOW really good idea!! Never thought of that! You seldom see Robb or Kristy touch anything because of any contamination they might pick up!
He's on his holidays
That's not abandoned. He's on tour!
All these abandoned houses that no one has lived in for decades seem so sad. There was once a full life being lived there and now it no longer exist. A man who loved music, who lived modestly surrounded by the one thing he loved most. I saw a clock on the bedroom wall just like one I had for many years that I purchased back in the 80's. If walls could talk what stories they might tell. So many stories to be read by all the things we live behind long after we're gone. How do they manage to survive and we don't. Such a shame no one comes back to claim anything once they're gone...it's as if people have just stopped caring if anything lasting remains to be treasured from someones life. This house makes me sad but it also helps me see the person who once lived there. Thank you for sharing this interesting find.
Very well put. I feel the exact same way.
They also show just how much useless stuff we aquire during our lifetime.
@@louiscypher7090 that is so true!
If they can give us the house number that located on the mailbox or house and what street, state, you can look it up in public records.
Damn, did you see the Jimi Hendrix vinyl?
Also, lose seeing that (probably) original Angelica doll from rugrats!
Great video!
I respect that you respect the locations and previous owners. I can't help but think as I look around my own house and wonder if it will be explored after I die. You guys seem very intelligent and respectful. Kudos from an old Army Ranger!
The Donovan biography came out in 2005 and the Levon Helm book came out in 1993 so house may not have been abandoned in the mid-80's as some speculate. Also, is the computer mouse wireless? Wireless mouse first came out in 1991. Very interesting explore! Thanks RnK!
I like Donovan mellow yellow
I love this explore. I would have been all over that record collection.
Max Roach and Bobby Hutcherson are sureshots, i wonder what other jazz heat was on those shelves
Knowing that the records and instruments are probably spoken for, I need the funky dinette light, the wooden key tree (probably teak), the alligator, wine rack, bench, black spindle lamp, drummer wall hanger, wood stove, television, ashtray, the sideboard that the records are on, the silver bowl, the posters with the bongo people, History of the U.S. 11 & 12, The Count picture, shield, owl candle thing, and milk glass lamp. Really this dude could decorate. No homo.
spirits can attach themselfs to items i wouldnt be touching shit
@@MilwaukeeF40C 😂😂😂
I would consider taking them, if I didn’t they would just sit there and rot.
Very cool but as in all the abandoned places; it's sad to think about what went wrong. Rob & Kristy, the respect you show for other people's [once loved] possessions is admirable.
It's so crazy that all of that has sat there for 32 years. I wanna know the story.
You guys are awesome!
No way it’s sat there 32 years. In the one shot you can catch a glimpse of a Hoover vacuum, I garbage picked the same one for my garage and it’s maybe 8-10 years old, possibly less
Also spot what looks like an Emerson CD Player at the top of the stereo rack, looks to be from around 2005-06
yrly59e they must've just had an older calendar then
My grandparents keep calendars around forever, they’ve got one from the mid 1990s they got at some Chinese restaurant hanging on the wall because my grandma thinks it’s pretty.
yrly59e true, I have seen older calendars at my grandma's house before
Whenever I watch this it makes me home sick for the 80’s. was the best times
Juliette Clark damn girl you are hot.
Ben Dover lol. Cheers. 👍🏻
the 70's was my fav time but that was for me
Im glad to hear someone feels the same as I do. The 80's were so fun, the world culture was so vastly different than it is now I miss it a lot too.
Juliette Clark they were good times eh .... ❤️ 80's
Darn, I wanted to see some of those albums! I did spy a Beatles, Magical Mystery Tour! Those people must've been very cool!
That was awesome! Seeing all of those records just sitting sucks. Looks like some good ole rock n roll too.
Glad you found this place.
Maybe he died. Looking at the picture of a woman and two children, it was probably his wife and children. Why didn't they claim this property ? Lots of stuff worth money.I really liked this video, wished you could find out what happened to this guy!
Janice Breault they could. Just go to whatever county they are in website and look up the address for tax information.
I would like to see a video of learning more about the person that lived there too.
County GIS should get one started with at least a parcel number. Use that at the county recorder to get deeds, mortgages, liens, etc. Some have all that info online, at other podunk places you still have to visit the physical office.
Their probably divorced. or never married and broke up.
I used to do occupancy inspections for mortgage companies.... I learned really quick, NEVER open the refrigerator!
Oh yeah, used to deal with foreclosed houses. If the fridge was still there, just duct tape it shut and put it out on the curb lol.
Never leave your prints on bullet casings
Finger print tracking is so crappy.
great explore guys, whoever lived there had a great taste in music,,i saw the Band LP on the turntable, and the Beatles Magical Mystery tour LP on the shelf,,the place has definitely been abandoned for a while,, it;s a shame the roofs are starting to go bad, probably was a cool little place, at one time
Prell shampoo wholly S**t! Good stuff in those days!
"Dank eccentricity". Impressive lp collection. Like that miniature Drum set, and chessboard! I really enjoyed the explore, guys! 💃
This was a wild find, I haven’t seen a place that 1960s style in a long time, the avocado phone was priceless. Really nice work on capturing the feel of this home, you always set the mood with your excellent camera work. This one seemed a little sad to me, like it got stuck in the past...like the home of an ageing Hippy. Very cool explore, thanks. 🖤🇨🇦
It's like they just got up and walked away. That's creepy to me.
The other way around, they did'nt get up and got carried away. Death is final, still creepy...but mostly sad.
Death is a knocking, don't open that door!
Does it ever happen that someone recognizes the sites that you visit and sends you messages.
Line Deschenes ~ excellent question, I have always wondered about that mydelf. =^;^=
Line Deschene
The light fixtures, tableware, appliances, knick knacks, record player.... totally retro 70's house. Another awesome explore!! Thanks guys!! Just makes you wonder what happened to the owners, kinda sad it's left "unwanted"
Rob N Kristy you two do it like no other always looking forward to your next explore keep it up look every day for your next video i’m also a big lover of music was left all of my uncles albums who instilled the love of music in me also have an uncle who is in a well Liked local cover band that traveled 4 states for about 20 years
Im sure they went out on a trip and couldn't never return and who was there living was a Jazz Musician. Sad to see how ppl belongings end up after giving so much.
I watch every video of you guys because everything is done so interesting.
Prison, sudden death?? very strange.
Those glasses on the kitchen table, my parents have the EXACT same ones lol. I saw them and it brought back memories of my childhood. What a cool house. Thank you for another fantastic video!!! ✌️✌️
This is so sad... makes you wonder what happened in this persons life..just making quick decisions, taking whatever they can and rolling... or them dying.. and having no family or friends to take over the estate..
Lol people love to claim stuff is set up. I guess its impossible out of the hundreds of thousands of abandoned houses in America that some weren't messed with. I get it all the time.
JOEY_UNDERGROUND in 2012 I worked for Chase to locate abandoned property in upper Fairfield county ct. there were tons of untouched abandoned hones. All left by owner exactly as the last day there.
I have one of those cassette drawers full of cassettes from my teen years! 😄
I have mine cassettes too. I'm 49.
What a cool place. I loved the spiral staircase.
This is such amazing tour. As a antique and collectables dealer who's specialty is American glassware I saw a # of piece's but other things are highly collectible to aka albums. The 1980's was the me generation but that's okay it included other people. Thank you for this tour.
Whoever lived there must've passed away and probably didn't have any family left
I think he went to prison and some family member is paying the mortgage for him. Idk just my thought
Why can't anyone say die, died, death or dead? Do euphemisms such as "passed", "passed on", "passed away" soften the sharp edge of life's reality and/or make it easier to circumvent the fact that we are only temporary, unimportant and we too shall cross the threshold of Death into a realm from which no one returns to tell us what it's really like . . .alone.
I don't understand how properties can just be left alone like that for so long. I mean, who is paying the mortgages or tax bill?? The city or bank would come and clean it and sell it or demolish it I would think.
That's the exact same thing I was wondering. With as much as houses go for in most places I'm confused that these places sit empty for years or decades. I get that there might not be a mortgage so no bank involvement, but I have a hard time thinking that the city or county is okay with an abandoned property not accruing any taxes for the municipality or that other people in the neighborhood want abandoned homes bringing down their collective property taxes. It's not like this place is out in the desert or middle of no-where, right?
There are probably tax liens against it but without a transaction to change title it is likely just sitting there rotting like most of Detroit.
Most properties that were either abandoned or foreclosed on have to remain uninhabited for many years before the bank will do anything with it. It is called a "zombie property". Odds are it was a repossession and they are not yet through the window. But basically I was once told most end up falling in before anything is done.
Holy crap! I can't get over this place! Righteous find guys... Just rad! Killing the content per usual 🧡
There was a hand truck in the tool room. I would've loaded all of the records and stereo equipment and then kept on raiding. You know that all of that stuff is either going to rot away or get destroyed by vandals, so help yourself to what you find! Btw, I hope your girl took that toy drum kit she liked. She deserves it for breathing in all of that dust and mold.
I KNOW that Stealing Is Wrong but I’d would TAKE A lot of that stuff, except the Porn....that’s NASTY STUFF; probably from the 70’s, that Dolly Pardon and Kenny Rodgers Christmas Album is early 80’s.The guy might of walked WAY OUT into the Desert and Ended His Life or went back to his Home Country
Does that house have 6 foot ceilings. Must belong to a Little Person ROCKER. NO CD’s or DVD’s ? The guys been gone along time. The Rico Jazz Ensemble ? I’ll have to look that up. This is a VERY COOL Video I feel I should be investigating this. I believe the album in the background at 4:36 is from the band “ THE BAND”
Wow, this was n amazing explore, I liked the cat that was on top of the TV, question, what kind of stereo was that in the living room? I left a Big Like n shared this with our playlist n community, anxiously awaiting your next explore, God Bless y'all n stay safe!!! BTW, I love the thing y'all do with the phone in your videos, I always watch for it every time
It seems funny you are always hanging up the phone with a dial tone lol
Did a UFO abduction possibly happen!? ;-) Maybe took the 'Long and Winding Road" to...?
Fab Find!
Did you guys please save that *little drumset* from extinction?? Those are hard to find now
Mr. Robot hopefully they did, I know I would of
who ever was living there was listening to "The Band"'s self titled LP
As a musician and a drummer you have stumbled across a gold mine! I have years and years of jam tapes and CDs with original unheard song ideas! And the vinyl is worth its weight in gold and I'll bet he was a drummer. Damn! If it was me I'd walk out of there with those cassettes and then the vinyl. Leaving those valuable recordings behind to rot and vandalism is a sin of waste. I would hope that in my untimely death somebody would have the vision, foresight and love to rescue my music and get it into the hands of another musician, if not then at least sit on it in storage until the the right time presents itself! The public is so used to the creative fruits of artists not knowing, understanding or appreciating the blood, sweat and tears that go into producing such work. On the one hand it may be just a mess of drivel, but I don't think so in this case. Go back and rescue that treasure trove from decay, I would consider it an act of love and kindness!
Love the layout of the home, as always a great find guy's.
Thanks for sharing have a fabulous day💝
The tini tiny drumset?? Yeaaasss
Seems awful strange that every place you explore has phone service even after years of being abandoned, plus always left off the hook with a ring tone ??
Haha I really hope you're being sarcastic
Dial tone* by the way :)
Bextar636 that’s their RUclips signature. If you watch more of their videos you will see that a lot. If he finds an old phone in a house they add the sound effect.
Lol - these guys just add that sound. No phone service in that place.
I read about 5 or so comments saying the same thing, people are easily fooled I guess or lack common sense.
Patti Boyd (wife to George Harrison and Eric Clapton) with the Union Jack on her nose.
I left another video for this 👍🤙
those old glass cookie jar's sure bring back memories. of yummy cookies!
Maybe they just ran down to the quickie Mart for a few minutes
Awesome find Guys What an Awsome Place like a time capsule but also sad not knowing what happened to them Loved it thanks your friend Nelly from the Bronx ❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Steven Tyler miche is funny. I was thinking the same thing. Walk this way. The owner i guessed od'd or got a dui and went into carpet laying. And is installing carpet to this day.
Thank you.
Another great find. I have noticed that pianos are usually left behind even if they are in good condition. Would you like to know why? Because they weigh a ton. Try and move one. I consider myself strong but one piano move kicked my ass.
Michael Beach my friend lived in a flat on third floor & thought he'd save a piano & get us all to move it to his new flat.
They were not made to live up high, unless in a lift!!!
Just a little bit of research at the tax assessors office would probably turn up the current owners.
great find Rob & Kristy, hugs!
Thanks sweet people for a nice end to my day! Enjoy the rest of yours! Enjoyed your editing and music AND the phone gag, as always! Interesting glimpse into someone's bygone days.
Man, I can dig it, what a far out crib! Like you can feel the funk, just chillaxin in the pad groovin on some jams, token up some doobies. Like he musta been a cool cat to have all that righteous vinyl, it looked mint. Dude was prolly killing it on that piano to get a gig. Wish you knew the skinny on that joint Rob, like It'd be chill to hang dude, yo catch ya on the flip side. =^;^=
Solid Gold chat Kat! I ain't signifyin'! Sock it to Me... /w\ /w\
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS ~ Here I thought I was old cuz I talked alotta that 70's slang & you hit me back with Sock it to me baby, guess I ain't as old as I thought! Lmao! =^;^=
Your comment is pretty genius dude. You know I ain't no jive talkin' turkey, you dig? This was totally boss in a hip and happenin' way! */w\METAL/w\*
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS ~ Right on man 4 sho brother, backatcha, catch you on the rebound! =^;^=
love the records , Looks like about $400 dollars worth of records , l Notice a few Beatles album......
What a freaking cool spot guys , cant beiieve all that stuff left behind , !!!!! , be good to find out what happened there , very cool explore.
I have friends that would spend a couple hours looking through the old vinyl records to check for classic collectibles. Good spotting the place. Peace and safe travels
Just got notification, watching now, will leave a follow up comment after video
In the end we all leave everything behind.
So sad to see a place like this. Untouched. Like they just left for work and never came home.
Look at those Afghans very 60 and 70..what a shame. Love that place.
She should have left the drum set there..carma sucks dude
Make's no sense, at least could'nt someone try to salvage as many things possible...It breaks my heart seeing all these treasures going to waste...
I don't care how moldy. I'll clean it. I just don't want any of the kitchen stuff.
The vinyl needs to be rescued before it's to late!! There's some really cool stuff left behind! Thanks for sharing!
I would have taken it, it will just get ruined if I didn’t take it, the same goes for a lot of other stuff. I wouldn’t consider it stealing but rather helping save the stuff, it doesn’t have an owner because it’s been left since the 80s.
this video makes my morning a good one.
Good Morning~!☀️☀️☀️
I can't imagine why any one would just up and leave all this behind. some thing must've gone wrong. it is sad.
Good ☀️☀️☀️ morning y'all thanks for a cool Sunday morning
Another awesome video.....loved the music room and all the records.
The dial tone on that rotary phone ..still active over the years.....
That sound was edited in. But it should still work.
Idk what the deal is, dude has crazy luck with phones. No matter where they go, when he finds a phone it always still has a dial tone.....incredible....
It's Robb's tag. He does it in a lot of videos.
Another surprising and interesting explore - clearly the home of a musician (a jazz drummer?) and music lover. Btw you really need to give your guest participants permission to speak... 😁
great vid guys enjoyed that
Good god take the records damn
Love your videos!
Love this explore! Creepy tho. I can't help thinking even if they died, why someone didn't come clean out the house. Is it haunted, what??? Take care guys. 💝
Have you ever had someone contact you and say they knew who lived in one of the places you've explored or someone who lived in one of the places you've explored?
Maybe you could look up the history of the house or land to see who owned it or who lived there ! GREAT VIDEO !
Great video me and my wife always watch your explores after work. Will you ever colab with exploring and me he is from my country and has some of the best spots.
love love love your video! Your videos are haunting with the music that is played, the video stays in our mind,I love them so much, kudos to you, great job!!
Wow! Great find guys and lovely to see yet again the respect you have! It’s so cool but so sad in a way that someone’s whole life is within this house and clearly they had no one to give it all to... or maybe no one wanted it. Who knows! Anyway, keep up the great work guys and stay safe! X
You don't use Masks vor Gloves...in these Area....?!!! 🙄😱😷...but you war ALWAYS in youre Clips...SUNGLASES !!! 😎👎👎👎🕶🙄
What a great find! It's fun to try and figure out who was there and what they were into.
You just broke in to Harry Dean Stanton's house
That’s a good idea, but how do you know? It’s definitely his style at the very least.
It's not but looks right theirs a interview on youtube in Harry's house kinda the same i was just bean funny
What a great find, I’m jealous
👍another good find. Are you hitting the obituaries and going by this.... no they must be abandoned longer. Very interesting. Background on place would be GREATLY APPRECIATED
Fantastic find excellence defined as always with your videos thank you..Wonder if that guy did something with all those shells around..Great music lovers house
Very Cool Find! The mini drum-set was my favorite as well!
Loved this explore, my favorite was all the music! So far having an awesome weekend!
Your choice of music and explore are great for my get up and go in the more. Thanks RnK😃 Get it😎!
Such an interesting layout.
cool video i use to make spiral stair cases like the one you found inside the house. brings back good memories ! love your videos
Hope u guys had Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!catching up!!!!👍❤ ya'lls videos
Good morning Rob and Kristy. Love the video! Have a great day!
Driving past every house has someone's belongings in them .... just saying 😏
Looks like 1986 arrived & the tenants left .... wonder who's paying the overheads ??
The record collection must be worth a good few £££.
I worked in commercial & residential property for many years & used to love going to old abandoned businesses or flats.
Hi RNK im a new guy on the block sorry... yeah good sound effect reminds me of maybe a Alfred Hitchcock movie sound effect .. make for a real gripping video you are waiting for someone to appear ... Oh Yeah Man ... interesting to me because my Niece 's kids are all in the film industry work for Disney studios ...OK guys thanks for everything..... Ed .. Beverly Hills CA
That vinyl collection is probably amazing. Would like to know if this guy has his own music recorded. Wonder what's his story.
