Do you refresh the crimps on your leave out/natural hair with the styling tool or maintain those pieces by braiding them at night and unbraiding in the morning?
Yes doing that will help to keep the crimps in. My hair holds heats so I don’t usually have to do that

How do you maintain the crimps on your real hair without heat between the shampooings??
I wash my hair with the braids in it every week in a half to 2 weeks then I crimp my hair. The wig holds the crimps and doesn't get oily so I can keep that styles for a while
@@StudioTechilo i get that part… i only have to wash/style my wig like once a month cause i dont sleep in it. But how to maintain the crimps in my real hair??
I usually don’t do anything to my hair after crimping it until next wash. I just push it back and tie my hair down with a scarf. You can reinforce the crimps on your natural hair by braiding it at night if your hair doesn’t hold a style.
