Growing Pineapple In Containers | Zone 9 | Harvesting My First Pineapple

I can't believe I harvested my very own organic homegrown Pineapple! This has been one of the most fun experiments and definitely one of the LONGEST too. If you like pineapple, I strongly encourage you to give it a try. All it takes is a pineapple top to get started and a bit of patience! This would be a fun experiment and lesson for kids too because the end result is a yummy pineapple. I've spent the last couple years learning how to grow pineapple in containers, harvest pineapple and propagate them from tops, slips, and pups. I can't wait to see what I get next year!
