    Great video as always! Definitely might be a controller I will pick up down the line if I ever get back into playing something like Rocket League. Congrats on hitting over 1K!!!

    Microsoft asks for a fortune for wireless 3rd party controllers. It could never cost $45 unless it went wired.
    I had the controller for almost 2 months now. It is solid 9/10 so far. Unlike PowerA's Wired line, which sells for 30-50$ and feels cheap as hell (got stick drift in one within 11 days) this 8BitDo controller feels snappy. Bumpers, triggers, paddles, D-pad doesn't SCREAM like official Series controllers... great all-around.
    I use it for Xbox, and the only reason it isn't a 10 is that the Power button only turns on the Xbox console if it was turned off by hard reset OR by automatically setting it to turn off. If you normally turn it off manually, you will have to turn the console on by clicking on the box itself. Maybe a firmware update will fix it, maybe not...
    Another weird thing that might be an issue, and the video touched, is the soldered cable. It makes storing the controller a pain in the arse, and delays putting it back on your gaming setup.
    Otherwise, impressed so far. Subscribed!

      Thanks for the sub! I’m deeply impressed by this controller. For me at least, the slight changes in the design feel near perfect. Still gonna hope that someday they put out a wireless version. I’ll gladly pay that extra dolla!

    I use the sn30 pro+ and love it, although I prefer the offset sticks. My mind got used to that over the years. I might get this oneone! How are the bumpers? I feel the low profile bumpers on the sn30 pro+ are perfect and easy to press. Hope they're good! 😁👍🏻fantastic stuff, man! Saw that they have a wireless version now.

      The bumper feel fantastic! Those are very close to the SN30. I'm hoping I can get my hands on a wireless version once it drops!

      @@BaxTechYT alright, sweet! Thank you! I might look into getting one of these. The wireless one be great for folks who've been wanting that! 8bitdo is absolutely nailing it with their designs and their community feedback in the 3rd party peripheral market these days! 👍🏻

    If 8bitdo offered a wireless version, I’d pick it up today. I just can’t go back to wired connection. What is this, 2004???

      Honestly, I can understand your point, but personally for me, it really isn't a big deal, it may sometimes feel weird to play with wired controller, but, it's not a big deal for this controller if you compare price and how it's build

      Xbox doesn't allow third parties to manufacture wireless controllers so blame them not 8bitdo.

      @@July9326 8Bitdo has been making a wireless version now for a few months. I picked one up at Christmas and it's fantastic!

    It’s complete junk. After one year of using it for about 2-3 hours per month, the left stick is moving down and to the right by itself. It’s not the regular drift ..every time I go up, it goes down a bit by itself or to the right. Keep in mind that I purchased it because of the back buttons so I don’t push down the joysticks because I feel that breaks them.

    My xbox controller went dead after 2 months using it due to overheated (that’s what repair guy said) on the ic power. Ever since i always afraid to buy new controller. Do you found any similar issue with this wired controller?

    • @BaxTechYT
      @BaxTechYT  2 года назад

      No issues at all with this controller! I still use it almost daily in my setup, and haven't experienced any hiccups.
