It was a bee that occasionally starred in soundtrack from Jaws and caught up how to be scary and ominous! 😊

But I think it' GREAT the way you make it feel aggressive and with a touch of annoying, conveying the REALITY of the way bees are! I think Romsky-Korsakov would have LOVED your interpretation. And it makes it so much fun!

I love the fact that Jasmine and Ray are peers who can learn from each other! They have so much to offer. Ray's "bee" was too aggressive, as he acknowledged.

I confess, I'm one of the people who called Ray's Bumblebee crazy, but, well... bees can get mad sometimes, so I don't really think that's a bad interpretation!😆 Jasmine's flute version is just a happy bee going about it's normal business 🐝🌸 😄

I have a performance of Jasmin saved as she plays Flight of...Its the best version I have heard. In her own words "This was an encore after I played the Saint-Saens Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso with the New York Chamber Players in 2012 in New York".

You are each magnificent and very enjoyable together. The violin sounds more like a guy bee, a Drone if you will. I thrill to the angry crab and Ray Chen is great but you make it sound commanding yet alluring, like a Queen Bee, Ms. Choi. I really enjoy the dual interpretation. Flute scores of Christmas music on the violin all year long is my peace and relaxation. Thank you both for the many interesting videos.

Although I don't play an instrument myself, I find it incredibly enjoyable to watch two world-class instrumentalists engage in a musical duel.
Classical flutist here. Yes the chuckling of the mouth air is better than slurring in flute when it comes to really fast pieces. Slurring is quiet compared to the chuckling also it will exhaust your chest and diaphragm to blow air. Im using a flute with reverse blow for the higher notes. Its so good to see these really great musicians who are oozing with talent and beauty🇷🇺🇵🇭🇧🇷💕
