Love the joy on Alexis's face! Bicycling is a life saver. I can't cycle without toeclips, just like Alexis.

I can't really walk and I bicycle everywhere I also swim. I'm 64 years old and level 2.
I live on Teeside in the UK. Teesside is near the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales. In my youth I could bicycle over a hundred miles a day in hilly terrain around the North Yorkshire moors and Yorkshire Dales. Barnard Castle to Reeth is short but steep,it really exercises the lungs. I have never owned a car and don't use one.
I've always had anger issues. I'm not sure if its tiredness issues, frustration or just the the way people treat me. I would like to discuss mild to medium cognitive disabilities as a result of cerebral palsy. A video on this would be interesting. Thank you.

This is really cool, I cerebral palsy too and I also have a tricycle, but my tricycle is the version where I lie in it, and I also have the straps for my feet because my feet can’t stay on the the peddled by themselves.
