Thank you soooo much for posting these amazingly helpful videos! Sebastian is seriously like my son’s TWIN!! My son is almost 6 and looks so much like him and has the same exact issues and their bodies even look identical! We have has a very tough time finding resources that help our son’s specific issues and this is ON POINT!! I’ve been looking for this kind of information for years so again, THANK YOU!! Joseph (my son) says thank you too! 🥰 I know he would be very appreciative if he could express that... he was born with his twin sister at 24 1/2 weeks gestation and was 1lb 10oz but very healthy other than his lungs. His sister is totally healthy to this day and the only reason our son has these issues is unfortunately due to the hospital making mistakes that should’ve never happened and caused him to have severe permanent brain damage which resulted in stage 3 brain bleeding and hydrocephalus, and cerebral palsy. He cannot walk or talk but is very vocal and is trying very hard to crawl, roll around and generally move around a lot and gets better and better! We are so proud of him and we know he has so much potential and we want to give him the best possible life he can have and give him the best quality of life possible so we are always looking for ways to help him! He is in 3 different types of therapy (PT/OT/ST) but unfortunately COVID has caused us to have to keep him home and out of therapy for almost a year now. 😭 So we are doing our best to work with him here at home. He’s so smart and he understands many different words and phrases but just can’t say them himself yet. Please continue to post more of these if possible! I just subscribed to your channel. Lots of love to all you therapists and parents/families out there working hard to help all of our unique precious children!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

Thank you a lot for these helpful videos.
I have cerebral palsy and was wondering what stretches or exercises I can do by myself to reduce how much my hands shake especially when I am holding a cup, writing, and sometimes when I am eating. Often, my hand shakes when I touch something without applying a lot of force at first. Do you know how I can prevent that? I am also wondering how I could increase the flexibility of my wrists so I could move them faster and they will shake less. Do you have any ideas?
    Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is considered unethical for me to provide treatment recommendations for a person I have not personally evaluate it. I recommend you find a local therapist who can customize a program specifically for you.

@@randomfactsGG The damage done to the brain is not progressive. There are medical treatments and therapies that can make it better. Mostly my experience is that no matter what the condition, if a child and family work hard and consistently, the child improves.

Now that I'm older my legs and things can move better but I always feel tension and have no control to be able to relax. When there is relief it numb after sharp pain with no support to be able to stand or hold things. This happens in my knees my calves barely if any have enough muscle to support themselves for long periods and it also happens in my hands lately starting at my elbows either one or the other once in a while
