    It's an amazing style - mixing scribles with your knowledge of anatomy, shapes, human face structure and more. I sometimes try to do something similar - the biggest difference is that I don't know what I'm doing and I have little knowledge about art so far. Since FF is my favorite game series, he's one of my favorite artists so (I also like Araki's style - creator of JoJo's bizarre adventure.)

    I found it interesting that he switched to a ''broader/thicker'' marker. Probably because despite that he's used to thin lines, he draws relatively big faces in this example, and it doesn't translate well with singular thin strokes.

      Those are what called "one minute" sketches - a challenge for artists to create a coherent character look in one minute. You are either sarcastic or is not familiar with his work. This man is genius. Those sketches reflect only 5% of his full abilities. And stop using this nazi argument "you can draw this too". You can't. Because it simply wouldn't be a work of Yoshitaka Amano.

      Why is there so much hate in the comments??
      Yeah, the world is unfair, but why attack and blame someone who, like most of us, is just doing his best and creates something beautiful?? And it's not even that these sketches are his best work, but even so I feel that they're amazing.

    • @retroshark8
      @retroshark8 Год назад

      @@borealsullivan5486Then do... If you want to. As long as those sketches would be filled with something other then hate... I think they could be great. Probably not a lot of people would see those, but that's how it works. I love Yoshitaka Amano's works so that's why I'm here, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like someone elses art just because they're not as popular, just that I most likely wouldn't find them unless I got lucky or if I always searched for it, or just fate... Anything really. At the beginning of this comment I also got tainted by that negativity, but going further, I stopped and thought that maybe you're just a good person who is mad at the world which is... It's just unfair.
