- We're excited to introduce our new series called "Curious", where we help you explore how to be healthier and feel happier, all while document our personal journeys towards better health and well-being. After years of feeling like sh*t and battling the confusion that is the wellness space, we’re on a mission to uncover the truth. We question everything, and seek clarity amidst the chaos. Our goal? To make sense of it all and help us all become the best version of ourselves. It all starts with being Curious.

I am really looking forward to your journey "being curious." I am looking for guidance, frustrated by our modern foods and "studies." In the last 80 to 100 years, our food has changed so much. It has been altered in some way. We eat out of a box or can, not eating from what nature has naturally provided to us.
Love to see some techniques for self care. I appreciate your coverage of these subjects. Thank you.

@@colinandpaige Oh man, I wouldn't ask me for advice; I don't have a youtube channel or know these algorithms! 😀 Maybe? There could definitely be very different audiences depending on what direction you go with some things; I'd put money on more van lifers being vegan than not, so that's a good pairing, but I've seen you eating chicken, so maybe a different vibe! :) Currently mid way through Forest Bathing, so maybe this and your 10k steps video will give me more insight haha. Ultimately, I think you two do what makes you happy and what feels right!

Give us 20 videos to figure this format out 😂 But wanted to focus on creating something bigger than ourselves that pushes us creatively. Feedback always welcome.
My partner and I are long time ethical vegans (13 yrs and 15 yrs respectively) and I’m certified in plant-based nutrition. That said, not all “vegan” food is healthy. IMO and based off of all the research I’ve done, whole food, plant-based is the optimal diet for all life stages. And even tho I know this to be true, I’m such a junk food junkie!! 😂 Love the plant meats, vegan ice creams, etc. We are vegan for the animals, not ourselves. However, as we get older, we realize we need to start eating a bit more purposefully and with our own health in mind too. Gonna get on the mostly WFPB wagon soon. I’m sure I’ll still do vegan cheeseburgers on occasion tho! 😂 Excited to see where your curiosity takes you! 💚
Love this, thank-you for sharing! We were both long time plant based! Paige and I aren't dogmatic with diet and will strive to never make it that way on this channel - We believe that optimal diet for all (regardless of where you land on the diet spectrum) is whole foods first!!

LOVE THISSSSS!!! Coming from a family that owned restaurants its so misleading what is good and bad for you! what you should and shouldnt have on the menu! IS this beyond meat stuff that healthy for you? not only good for you but caters to all the different food allergies as well.

Everything in moderation, don't stress yourself to death, stay away from cigarettes and anything super un natural for humans to consume.. eat as well as you can.. get your vitamins from food when possible.. eat as close to nature as you can.. outside of supermarket not in the center isles.. if you eat meat.. lower fat meat. Eat beans and lentils regardless if you're vegetarian.. up your vegetable intake to double or triple what we as Americans normally eat. Get some damn exercise that you enjoy.. end of research .. oh, stay away from toxic people they will stress you out and get you in trouble.

Thankyou for your interest and support. Neither of us are vegan or plant-based, but we both have been at times in the past, but it didn't work well for us. We aren't interested in creating anything that contributes to dietary dogma, there is enough of that online, but instead we want to look at foundational principles of health and wellness that are applicable to all!
