How to Cook Arroz Valenciana Recipe, Bringhi Recipe - Kapampangan, Recipe usually served on big occasions like fiestas, Christmas & new year. Arroz Valenciana Filipino Style | Bringhi Recipe | Kapampangan Recipe
Ingredients:
Saute/ Simmer
300 grams - pork belly
1/2 cup - water
1 tbsp - olive oil
1/3 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots/ onions
1/2 cup - Chinese chorizo
300 grams - boneless chicken legs
300 grams - chicken liver
1 tsp - salt
1/3 cup - bell pepper
1 tsp - ground pepper
1 tsp - chili powder
1 tbsp - turmeric powder
4 tbsp - fish sauce/ patis
4 cups - coconut milk
4 cups - water
1 tsp - chicken powder
3 cups - glutinous rice
1 cup - white rice
1/3 cup - raisins
1 cup - frozen green peas
1 cup - carrots
2/3 cup - red bell pepper
1 cup - green bell pepper
1 cup - potatoes
1 whole banana leaves - just enough to cover the wok
***half cooked chicken liver
***garnish with chilis & green peas
2 dozen - hardboiled quail eggs
Cooking time: approximately 1 hour & 20 minutes
***For crunchy base: Add approximately 40 minutes more
