Finally. Thank you ,a recipe with Worcester Sauce. A friend of mine worked at the Worcester sauce factory.
She said that there is a secret ingredient in there which only about 3 people know.....it’s limes.
Apparently it’s kept under very tight security ( it’s lime) and no one knows it.
She told me...it’s limes. She probably shouldn’t have said anything !
Also I have news...I wrote a letter to our national farmers magazine Farmers Weekly last week and it was letter of the week!
Big wup wup to me. Amazing really because I make it all up.
Hope the rain didn’t do as much damage as you were expecting.Smiley emoji.

Hi Meredith. Another enjoyable program. I've had good success cooking new things for my little one and me. It's helped a lot how you ease the pressure of having to follow impossible recipes. I've made pot roast with that broth powder you use and added corn which was extra. I've made beef short ribs that were really good. Steak. Smashed potatoes and I add sour cream. And I've made other things that you've shown how. My 8 yo is really impressed and thinks that my food is as good as at the diner. Anyhow thank you for the time and effort to create these cooking shows for us.

I watched this a while ago but now I’m doing the recipe. I have added a couple things, fish sauce (not a ton), about half a TBS of smokin Marie habanero sauce (really smoky) by Marie Sharps, highly recommend the original habanero sauce. The meat is marinating in the fridge atm. She’ll be roasting tomorrow after I get off work. Crossing my fingers.

I have a funny story about the first time I ate beef cooked what I now consider the "right" way. My dad always cooked our steaks more well done, it was how I was used to eating them. Then one time at some family friend's of ours the power went out. We ate steaks in the dark and I didn't know what I was eating. It was delicious. "Mr. Dan" was like a Granddad to me cooked his steaks the "right" way and since I couldn't see how red it was, I ate it. And loved it. And never went back to wanting them well done. I don't know if that helps, but it's what happened to convert me. 😂
