Why wouldn't you just do push-ups until your chest is too sore to keep going? I'm just not sure what this workout accomplishes exactly, I know I'd rather spend that time building muscle instead of doing some nonsensical movements and calling it a rep

WITHOUT QUESTION....a formidable routine. I had to add 5 pull-ups along with 20 reps of the Khaos push-ups. DAMN! That's 200 push-ups and 100 pull-ups. Done in around 23 minutes. And you're out gas thereafter. Salute to Khaos and That's Good Money.
This is literally the equivalent of 2 guys standing at a door, one guy flips, touches his nose, turns in circles, dances and screams before opening the door, while the other just turns the handle to get the same result.
It does make you sweat a lot, but it's def hard even if some people exaggerate it, also you did 20 in a row? So 200 push ups and it still felt easy?? You're either a beast or did it wrong respectfully😂😭
@galixedoutdumb1104 exactly. The thing is, it isn't as hard as doing 200 pushups without stopping. The time for squatting allows you a little break to breathe in and absorb energy. Also, remember you are doing 10 variations in one set, it tricks your mind into believing it's not that hard
I'm glad this started getting pushed into my recommendations. Day 1, I struggled to make it through the full one rep. Day 3, my body has woken up and I'm spreading 5 reps throughout the day. I'm going to keep with this until I can comfortably do 10 reps within 30 minutes including breaks.
