Absolutely correct. No other mmorpg's soundtrack even compares. Ragnarok Online's soundtrack should be the standard all other MMO soundtracks try to live up to.
Everytime I'm back from a travel, I hear this music and remember how hard the trip can get, but also how peaceful is the sensation. Love this game, best mmorpg environment ever
i have sand under my feeeeeeeeet, i was born in a state-city that is like a desert, fresh windy, sunny and hot weather, but by a lot of beaches, which is state of Pernambuco, Northeast of Brazil ^^ i am living in a cold people cold weather city due to college and i miss my home so much ahhh T.T this song remembers me a lot of my city
Veins theme is all about the feeling of “you’ve come this far, and not goin back anymore, and will proceed to more unknown mysteries and dangers beyond this line”
Totally but sadly the game started its downfall just after this chapter so for me this theme have the feeling of reaching the last frontier of an amazing journey
@@mattbellamy3967 Not exactly but it takes a part of it. Is more related to the fact that gravity started to get more revenues from other games that this one, specially after the Ragnarok mobile version so they started to reduce the content quality of the releases for PC ragnarok
@@ricardotroconiz7941 I totally agree. Ragnarok had been a wonderful game since episode 1 up until around episode 14. During this time, the territory was expanding larger and larger. There were new maps and new monsters to explore. However, after episode 14 onwards, the game has lost its charm because the developers seem to lazy to create new contents. They focus on so-called Memorial dungeons and Illusion dungeons, which are technically old maps with new colors.
I still remember when I arrived veins with the balloon from Yuno, and I was stunned because I didn't know how to return to Yuno since the hyenas were very difficult for my wizard. How I enjoyed the setting of the monsters and those carnivorous plants that gnashed their teeth
You're going home after an epic and perilous adventure, but in truth you can never go home, because it is not the same home, and you are not the same you. This song is the musical sum of all my feelings about Ragnarok Online 15 years after playing it. Ragnarok is a home I so wish I could return to, but I know that if I did it would not satisfy my longing, because it is not the same, and even if it was I am not the same. This fills me with both profound longing for the past and hope for the future. With reminders like this song I know I can channel Ragnarok any time I want to and carry its spirit and my memories with me wherever the winds of this crazy life blow me. One thing is for sure, human beings do NOT yet understand everything that video games are. This level of emotional imprinting across tens of millions of people is a totally unintended effect and nobody would have predicted it. We thought we were just having fun, but all the while we were forming an attachment to a world that was destined to evaporate into nothing, leaving us stranded and alien in the world we were born into.
Videogame genre, for disgrace Soundtemp style is too unique in each music in this game, listen amatsu dungeon ost , is japanese, others have a style Kpop any strange with Techno. For me the genre is Techno Game.
