  • Every adult, female or male, should align their training with their goals, limitations & abilities.
    The concept of “The menopause workout” is simply a marketing ploy meant to capitalize on women’s insecurities & confusion about midlife health. Not cool.
    A woman does not need a separate category of workouts based on whether or not she ovulates.
    The truth is, women of all ages thrive on the same fitness essentials: Resistance training (you knew that already), with a few minutes of HIIT included & some cardio. This isn’t news.
    Ladies, there’s 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 wrong with you. You’re not weak & you’re not fragile.💪 Keep being fabulous!
