She is an author and personal trainer, with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.

It's often called a 'horse tranquilizer' or party drug, but it goes so far beyond that.
Ketamine was developed in the 1960s and considered a new, safe and infected anesthetic during the Vietnam war.
Among the many benefits it provided, it brought about rapid pain relief and was significantly easier to administer than traditional anesthesia.
Fast forward to the early 2000s, researchers found that ketamine can quickly relieve the symptoms of severe depression in many people even when traditional antidepressants had failed.
It’s also been shown to help severe anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation, PTSD and addiction by stimulating the formation of new synaptic connection...

How many times a week do you have snatching training? Do you train endurance athletes, including wrestlers and MMA, as a part of their GPP/SPP?

Farmer's Walk parade upon completion! No specialized lifting shoes are used: just observation, I'm not into formal competition and don't even know how much do they help within KB weight range.
Some like lifters for Snatch, I prefer flat shoes.

Congratulations on a great performance. You continue to be an amazing inspiration. When I watch you I have such mixed emotions. I feel inspired on one hand and bad that I can only do 24k snatch for ten reps at a time. Nonetheless you looked awesome and very smooth. I do have a question. Right after you switched hands you made a motion with your right hand. Was this just to calm you down to get into your rhythm?

Thanks for reminding me. I do know this but sometimes unintentionally I revisit my 30 self and the 30 Olds that are around me and compare myself I find that I have to constantly remind myself that I'm doing me now and I'm happy with that. What u saying is so relevant to us in our 50's

Great form. You inspired me to shift my focus from running to kettle bells. No that I’m giving up running, but all my strength will be focus on kettle bells. Inspirational. Great job.
It's most hilarious version I ever stumbled on. it could be totally correct if everything except "they look like kettles" is cut out. May be with "there was a need to distinct them from dumbbells and barbells" added. Heavy clubbells look closer to the Church bell clapper, steel maces even closer. But as long as you share your weights (*) handling knowledge and skills, which I found more than helpful, the theory of bell names origin, including Taco, does not matter. (*) The KBs in the language of origin mean literally "weights". Not that weight what we see on scales, but those weights what we place or used to place on scales for measurements. Calibrated weights, and in case of KBs - calibrated heavy weights for weighting sacks of grain and baskets with produce. Those 16 kg is an old weight unit, with 8 kg, 24 kg, and 32 kg being half, one and half, and two units for example. First KB competitions started with weighmen challenging big guys on Sunday market places, they were winning bets due to technique acquired at daily work. "Functional training" at glance :). I think you helped me figure out how I was inhuring my back. I do so many workouts with KBs and barbells and I was so convinced that I was doing them right, until I saw this.
I finally get it! Instead of your head your arms and your hands being in sync with the bell on the way down let the bell in effect lead just the arms so that you get a sense of hip hinge and not hip bend🔥🙌🏾

Hey mam, your video is very useful in our body
I first started this double breath doing Bulgarian Bag front swings to squats movement. I realized I could do a lot more with the double breath. Since the front swing movement is similar I experimented with adding it to my 50 rep Kettlebell swings and discovered I could go longer without dying toward the end. I think what you propose here is right on and very beneficial.
You are really 58 or is a typo for 48? I wouldn't even give you 45 to be honest.
