I almost destroyed my replacement dashboard! Luckily I saw the 4 T30 bolts on the outside after watching this video, thank you!

Thank you so much. This was detailed yet looks so simple.
Where can I buy a replacement or new dashboard for a Volvo 850?

      Thanks!
I don't know where you're from but the best chance to find a replacement would be a second hand one.

Hey, just a question.... I need to remove the dash of my 99volvo v70, to check if the flaps of the defrost-channel are stucked, because the airflow doesnt go up, all the other things works on my ecc, those flaps are my last solution... do you know if its the same way of construction as your 850 ? You can remove the entire dash without removing the pad! Removed one that way this morning. Just have to remove 1 t25 on each side that attaches the dash pad to the A pillar, the cowl bolts, the t25s after the console is removed and the t25s in the footwells. Good grief it is heavy that way!

I’d just recommend removing the clock spring from behind the wheel because its extremely fragile
