Your skin is way better than mine. I never want to go out in public for the same reason... I always look/feel like a joke. Thought I had BDD for a while but I don't know. It's not about looking good, it's about not looking bad.
I like when it's raining. That's motivating to me.

I have a tendency to pick my lips, similar to your skin picking habit. My lips get chapped often so I tend to pick and peel the skin off to the point where they start to bleed.
